The owner is always so welcoming, and so is her husband the few times I’ve shopped there while he was stepping in. The prices are also unbeatable, which makes it a little less harsh on the wallet when it’s time to update your child’s wardrobe, its even better that she also does a good amount of in store credit on clothes/items you bring in.”
“Overall, I’m pleased with the service here until I get to the person behind checkout. When trying to get you to get their credit card they continue talking about it after politely saying no thank you a few times and once they get the final no become rude after that. There’s no thank you have a nice day, nothing. That has been every checkout person every time I’ve been in. I get that they encourage their employees to do that and I’m sure they’re incentivized for it but when someone tells you no thank you several times you don’t have to be rude.”
“I absolutely love Buckle! Their jeans are excellent quality and long lasting. Plus their team’s customer service is amazing. I went in today feeling hopeless because my favorite style isn’t being sold anymore. When I said something Annivette made it her mission that I leave that store with a pair of jeans that I felt comfortable in and loved! She not only helped me look through multiple pairs and styles but when I was starting to feel like giving up she reassured me there was something out there for me. Being a bigger girl it felt good when she didn’t give up on finding jeans for my body type (many other places will just recommend a plus size store). I’ll be coming back time and time again. “This is my favorite child consignment shop in the Seattle area. An excellent variety of good quality clothing and toys and other items. There's a large shoe wall as well. Bring your things in for consignment and you can get credit to use in the store. The staff are really friendly and helpful. If you need to find some thing or you're looking for something in particular.”
