“I’m very pleased I chose this location to store my items. I reserved a smaller unit thinking that should be enough room for my contents. Upon transferring everything to the storage unit, I realized I’m going to need a larger unit.I had reserved a truck from the storage facility to use to pick up some last remaining units for the next day. When I went in the next morning, I spoke with Kelly to see if there was a storage unit one size large available, there wasn’t but she said that they become available at a moments notice. I requested for her to let me know if one becomes available.I was literally right down the road returning the truck later that day when she called me to let me know a unit just became available. I let her know that I would be there momentarily.Upon returning, Kelly showed me the unit and it was ready to be moved into. I was able to move the contents from the truck into the newer unit and the contents I stored the day before. Kelly has been more than accommodating and made my experience obtaining a storage unit very pleasant. She really helped to simplify my moving experience.Thank You ~ Scott”
