“I am adjusting a prior review to reflect the extra care that I received from Chris in the warranty department and Jeremy at the retail store. After I expressed confusion about how I broke a component of my climbing shoes, Jeremy gave me a call where he spent a good deal of time explaining the contributing factors that could’ve been in play, as well as how to use the component in the future to minimize the wear in it and how to best maintain the shoes. The thorough explanation and practical tips for avoiding a repeat the future were what I was looking for, and Chris also ensured I knew that a replacement component was being sent out to me, which I really appreciate as well.”
“I had a multiple problems with a dropper post that required factory assistance. The folks at this shop jumped in and facilitated the resolution of the issue. They understood my confidence was gone with the original product purchase and offered me an upgraded dropper from a different manufacturer to correct the situation. Great customer service team that understands their customer base!Leigh”

“Updating my review from 4 years ago. It's still a great and convenient location to shop at. Great selection and prices. However, knocking off 1 star due to the quality of the pizzas having gone down. The last 2 times we have gotten a whole pepperoni pizza from the food court in the last 2 months, both times the pizza tasted and had a strong aftertaste of bile/throwup. And yes they were consumed within 30 mins of stepping out of the store. This last time, a whole box went into the trash. Before that, it was a day after reheating when it had that taste. Hopefully that changes because the pizza was amazing.”
“If (for reasons yet untold) it came down to having to decide between my Costco and my children, Im not sure I’d be able to give an answer right on the spot…🤔😂 In all seriousness, great warehouse, friendly staff, and awesome revolving products/deals. The pharmacy has gone out of their way for me more than once, and is super reliable compared to some other neighboring options! I do block out at least 2 hours during my days off to spend at this sanctuary🙌🏻”
