From the moment I walked in looking for a specific used car I was greeted and assigned a very competent and humble sales person, Rocky R. He was courteous, personable and above all professional in his demeanor - I did not expect that but was pleasantly surprised. Rocky was also patient and not pushy, we discussed my needs and wants which guided me to a new car that I bought. I was permitted an extended test drive and that low pressure freedom allowed me be thoughtful and deliberate about my decision. The entire staff there including the Sales Manager and the Genius Caleb were helpful, professional and listened to my questions and concerns, and were always very responsive including after the sale. Highly recommend you pay them a visit for a new or used car. Ask for Rocky!”

“I feel fortunate to have found Advantage Automotive. The owner, Tyler, was straight forward and did a great job on my Mazda Miata. The price was as first quoted and the job was done right. Although there are other mechanics at his shop, Tyler runs his shop and works in it which is a HUGE PLUS. Honest, straightforward, and knowledgeable, very, very, very hard to find these days. “My Jeep died on a county road we had it towed to Uptown on Wednesday evening at about 6 pm. John called us at 8am Thursday to get more details at 4pm Thursday afternoon my Jeep was ready! John and his staff explained in detail what caused the problem. John is honest and communicated with us along the way. Service is exceptional and staff very knowledgeable! Got quotes from other body shops around town one of those shops even charged me $40 just for an estimate. JD’s had the best quote in town plus it was free, staff was very knowledgeable friendly and professional. Took the car in on a Monday and they had it done ready to go by that Friday. I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else for body and paint work.”

“Often I find myself having very difficult experiences with car dealerships, this was certainly NOT one of those experiences. I brought a difficult situation to Davidson-Gebhardt Loveland and they certainly rose to the task. I needed to find tires that fit for a set of larger aftermarket wheels for a C8 Corvette, and even the wheel manufacturer had a difficult time telling me what would work. I am very for thankful for Chip and the parts department at Gebhardt, they persevered through this difficult task, and throughout they were extremely communicative, kind, and patient with me. The final result is amazing and all the while they helped me to do it affordably. Additionally, while the vehicle was in, the maintenance team automatically took care of vehicle recalls that were pending and kept me notified through the process. This is by far the best dealership experience that I have had to this day. Thank you Chip, the parts department, and the maintenance team at Gebhardt Loveland, keep up the great work!”

“Updated Review – Caliber Collision (Highway 287)
After a serious argument with Crystine regarding unresolved issues on my vehicle, the manager stepped in to speak with us. At the beginning, she defended her employee, which I understand is her role as a manager. However, once I showed her the parts that had not been properly fixed and my previous review, her attitude changed and she treated me more professionally.
Later, the manager contacted me asking if I could remove my review, explaining that it affected her paycheck. Regardless, I believe reviews should reflect honest customer experiences.
I would like to highlight that Raul truly made the difference. He immediately stepped in to help us and showed exactly what a great employee this company has. Raul treated us with respect, professionalism, and genuine care. He did an excellent job fixing everything that needed attention on my car, and thanks to him, we finally had a great experience.
Kudos to Raul for his outstanding customer service and dedication. He represents the company in the best possible way.
I filed a claim through my insurance company and was referred to the Caliber location on Highway 287. My experience started off well with Raul, who was very helpful and professional. Unfortunately, everything changed once a woman named Crystine took over. Her service was extremely unprofessional and rude.
We asked her for an estimate to repair several marks on the car. She wrote everything down, gave us the estimate, and we agreed to it. However, when we picked up the car a month and a week later, the repairs we had discussed were not completed. When we pointed this out, she became defensive and claimed we “never mentioned” those dents, which is completely untrue.
I requested a new estimate for the dents that should have been included originally, and it was much more expensive than the initial repair. We also had to return because several parts they removed ended up damaged. Once again, Crystine treated us poorly, speaking to us as if the issues were our fault instead of theirs. She insisted she had explained everything before, which is absolutely false — she never mentioned any of this.
I do not recommend this location, and if you must go, I strongly advise not working with this particular employee. As a Hispanic customer, I felt disrespected and singled out. Her behavior came across as discriminatory and unprofessional. Overall, the experience was very negative — even the front desk staff was rude from the moment we walked in.”
