“Can't speak on the rooms. I was there for a work meeting. I thought the food they catered and the service of all the staff was top notch!Nearby activities: Near the Blu Federal Credit Union Arena. Just off of I-25. If I see an event at the Arena, I will most likely stay at this Embassy.”

“What a wonderful place to have stayed. Very comfortable bed and comfortable room. I had a fridge, microwave and stove. There was also a nice leather chair to sit in. Great flat screen TV too. Very comfortable room. Bring your own pots and pans or they sell them there.”

“Very cozy place. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. Different options every day and they were all pretty good. The only downside was the toilet paper, not good at all.”

“Just your typical hotel. Clean, quiet and convenient. Get what you pay for. The staff is good for the most part. The front desk girl, Haylee, was the sweetest girl. She had a little lip, but that’s part of her spunk. We stayed for a week and she made us feel really welcome. Always had a smile and greeting. Would stay again!”

“The desk staff was very informative and polite. Rooms need updated and the carpet definitely needs replacing. Smells like dog urine in the back rooms. Otherwise, it was comfortable and safe.”

“I would gladly give this place zero stars if I could. Where to begin with the problems? I think the scariest thing is that there were multiple pills scattered under the bed of various colors and kinds. We have a small baby who is crawling around on the floor and can't imagine the crisis that would have occured had he found these pills carelessly left out. I don't expect the place to be the Ritz but I definitely expect it to be clean and safe for my children. I can't believe a business would be so careless. It also makes me question what kind of people are staying at a place like this. Except you can see the kind of people staying here because there are riff raff hanging around smoking outside the building and wandering around inside, possibly living there. Add that to the run down state of the place and I'd say we'll never be back. Our room had a torn curtain, chips in the bathtub, mildew on the ceiling, and the furniture and walls were in various states of being torn and in disrepair. Our baby was walking around barefoot and just walking around gave him black feet which makes me question exactly how clean their carpets are. The floor was sloped and weird. The shower dripped on and off. The pool they so delightfully advertise is a rundown mess. And the whole place felt damp and weird. The staff seemed put out when we interrupted their smoke break to check in as well. We generally don't expect much from a hotel, just to be clean and generally comfortable to sleep in, but this place was pretty disappointing. You'd think for over $100 a night it would at least be clean and comfortable but it's not. Save yourself the money and the headache and choose somewhere that's safer and cleaner. I'd post pictures of said pills and the look of the place, but I can't figure out how.Safety: Old medicine and pills were left under the bed for my children to find. This place is lucky they didn't touch them or get sick from them or else they'd have bigger issues on their hands.”
