“It was real short visit got a can of spray paint to paint an appliance and a half inch brass fitting for gas outlet. Notice there was a very long line and only one cashier. People were getting somewhat upset because there was almost 20 people in line. I walked over to the information counter. And as I was headed that way a cashier walked past me and I said only one of you guys working tonight as a cashier. He says I'm opening one right now. I went and got checked out immediately instead of having to wait for 20 people to check out. Then the line diminished very quickly. I just got really good timing. And I'm going to continue to believe that.”

“The store is always neat and clean can find things easily. Ace hardware is a little pricey no matter how you look at it, but when you can't find that one certain piece of hardware, they're always there and they always have it and they always know where it is. This time I was able to buy some totes on sale ahead of time as they were all out and when they came in they called me promptly. Lots of good customer service.”
