“I had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at the Home Depot in Loveland, Colorado. I stopped in to buy a few plants and was greeted by an employee named Phil. Even though I didn’t think I needed help, he took the time to share some great tips and mentioned an area where clearance items would soon be available. Because of his suggestion, I found an amazing deal on a wooden potting bench. When I showed Phil what I’d found, he was genuinely excited for me. He immediately rounded up two team members, Ty and Sigroy, who helped load the heavy garden bed onto a cart. At checkout, Sylvia was absolutely delightful, friendly, upbeat, and genuinely excited for me about the great clearance find. She patiently worked through a couple of pricing and barcode issues with a smile, making checkout easy and enjoyable. Her kindness and positive energy were just as memorable as everyone else’s outstanding service. The service didn’t stop there. Ty and Sigroy came out to my truck, loaded everything in, and even took the time to strap the raised garden bed down so I could drive home safely. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making my day easier. Phil, especially, went above and beyond, turning a simple trip for plants into an outstanding customer experience.
