“Im a seller for mercari and most of the staff in here is very nice. However there was an older gentleman working there who didn't like that I stood in line to get my items scanned. He told me i could put my packages in the drop off area to the right of him. The next time I brought a package in I put it where he told me to and it never got checked in and im pretty sure it was stolen. When I came back to ask him about filing a report he got very short with me. I continued to be nice to him and say thank you during this interaction and he just glared at me and said nothing. The package is completely gone and im out the money for it. I would've appreciated him helping me file a report for missing mail instead of being rude to me. Please dont tell people to place their packages where they could be lost or stolen. Also dont make sellers feel bad for ensuring our packages go where they need to. Suffice it to say I will never drop off another package without it getting scanned. This was 5/10 or 5/11 around 11 am. I would like this looked into because there were cameras there and my package was very likely stolen.”
“This is 100% thee best post office in all the world!!!! There’s a husband and wife team that are just absolutely amazing !! They go way above and beyond to help their customers feel welcomed, they make it a very pleasant experience. We also can’t forget Michelle what a fantastic help she is!!”

“They always get the package to its destination on time, and for a reasonable price. The staff are attentive and helpful. There is rarely a line or much of a wait at this location, or the one on the north end of Greeley. I have lost faith in USPS. Fed Ex is my go to for any package shipping. I love using the Fed Ex app for tracking and notifications for my shipment. Anytime I ship with Fed Ex, I leave the store feeling relieved that the package is in good hands, and will be delivered as promised.”

“Eaton post office does an excellent job. The staff is so friendly. We accidentally put something in our mailbox that didn’t have postage on it yet. It was a lockbox so we couldn’t get it out. We called and explained the situation. We were told it would be a few days before they could retrieve it- which was fine with us! But then, Nicole went above and beyond!! Within hours Nicole has retrieved it and rang our doorbell to personally deliver it back to us. Wow!!! This is outstanding customer service. Thanks Nicole!!”
