“This little motel is so loved by their owners/managment. Everything was SO clean. The grounds were clean - our room was spotless. You can tell a lot of detail went into decorating each room. The bed was so comfortable. The water pressure was amazing!!! Definitely a hidden gem - glad we stayed!”
“This inn is located well in Manitou Springs. It is very central to many popular places to visit while in Colorado Springs. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. I'd recommend it and stay again.”

“We absolutely loved passing through Avenue Hotel BNB for a couple nights. The location is wonderful - you can walk the town, and drive to iconic locations in the area within minutes. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was SO. GOOD. Can't wait to go back!”

“You can tell they are remodeling but out room was very nice, just the heater was very loud sounded like a washing machine in the spin cycle. Breakfast was good just had to go across the parking lot to get there and it wasn't heated. And it is strange to not have someone at the desk overnight.”

“the cliff house at Pikes peak was mine and my wife's first experience at a luxury hotel and let me tell you they do not disappoint, the staff were all incredibly helpful and very polite, the valet service was also super nice and took good care of our car. we had booked for our ten year anniversary and they made it into a very special occasion for us, we had booked the romance package with our suite and if you are looking for something like that I could not recommend this place more highly. we will definitely be going back next time we need a getaway. the room was very spacious and comfortable the separate steam shower and jacuzzi tub were wonderful as well. 10/10 would recommend.”
