“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Lodge! The only downside is that we couldn’t stay longer, but we will make it a point to return on our next trip to CO! You couldn’t ask for a better location & experience. The property and rooms are wonderfully kept, and you’re seriously a 5 minute walk right into the Garden! We stayed in room 103 and loved it. The private backyard area was a nice touch. Brews & and live music in the lodge was a nice way to end the day. If you’re planning to visit Colorado Springs/Manitou Springs, this is the place! Cheers!”

“We had an event to attend at the Polaris Hotel and decided to make an evening of it by having dinner at Pamela’s and spending the night—and it was absolutely worth it!
Pamela’s was excellent. Ivan took outstanding care of us and was attentive throughout the evening. The drinks are always fun, creative, and excellent, with a great variety to choose from. Breakfast the next morning was just as impressive.
Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. If you’re staying overnight, definitely choose the mountain side—the views make the experience even better.
From dinner and drinks to the room, breakfast, and beautiful setting, the entire experience was excellent. The Polaris Hotel is a definite must-see in Colorado Springs, whether you’re attending an event, planning a staycation, or just looking for a great evening out.

“We stayed one night on a road trip. So we were not looking for a location close to specific attractions, we were looking for a comfortable clean place to stay that is pet friendly. We were very happy with our stay. The room was perfectly cold, a very large space for everyone to spread out. Kitchen was a bonus. We liked having 2 beds and a couch that pulled out to a bed. The outside area was nice for sitting out in the evening and looking at the mountains. The breakfast was the typical stuff. We would stay here again and add another night to look around more.”

“It is a charming place and on the cheaper side. The hallway carpets are stained, but no unusual smells. The staff is nice, but they have to apologize for shortcomings of the business - like no bottled water, the pool is locked up but they don’t know why. Walkability rating in the area is low. I would stay here again, but it needs renovation and cleaning.”

“Wonderful, cozy, clean cabins and friendly staff. Spent a week here in early March while in the middle of a move and it was a pleasant island of peace. You'll have to deal with some traffic noise from Manitou Ave on one side and highway 24 on the other, but otherwise it's just delightful. Gives a mountain cabin vibe smack in the middle of town. Great courtyard with grills and patio furniture, pool and playground. Can see this being a superb space for family reunions and similar events in the summer. I've never been particularly comfortable in hotels, but this is the most comfortable I've ever felt in one.”

“I stayed here for business and was very impressed. I think the Courtyard brand has upped their game with this offering. This location was exceedingly clean, friendly, and helpful. Good size gym relative to the hotel size. No complimentary breakfast but onsite Starbucks and fresh, healthy paid breakfast options were good substitute. Multiple enclosed meeting rooms seemed popular.”

“I had to find last min reservations after another hotel was not ADA complaint and not only was I able to get a room Kim was able to help me and my son get checked in and set up with no problem. She was so nice and helpful I would honestly come back just to deal with her. This is a great location with friendly staff that always have a smile on their face. “Honestly nicer than expected-pulling into the parking lot you might question your choice, stick it out, they have a 5ft pool. That’s rare.
Really it was such a quaint little spot, the laundry worked well, the breakfast was different every day (yogurt machine what even?!) and the staff were all so sweet. Also this place smells clean, like the entire building and linens. Just nice.”

“This place was awesome from walk in to walk out!! They were on point with getting everything set up for my daughters bday. The rooms were clean and spacious House keeping did a great job and was helpful with giving us some extra towels our girls accidentally used our shower towels for the pool!! And let me not forget our VIEW!! My kids had a blast in the andventure park and the water park was pretty fun as well! They didn’t want to leave!!! Breakfast was delicious the Host Nakeda was the best!!! And our server Jose was great too! Theres A lot of near by shopping store which is great if you’re a mom like me and always forget to grab something! Brian at the front desk was very helpful when it came to check out made everything just so easy and gracious that we will definitely be back before the year is over!! Thank you to all Great Wolf Lodge! Your hard work most definitely is appreciated!”

“To return truck, I had to wait because they weren't open yet, but it says they were suppose to be open at 8am. In San Antonio everything was great, easy peasy getting the truck very friendly. When opened very friendly also. Will use them again! Thanks budget!”

“This location is the perfect place to stay if you are sightseeing in Colorado Springs. The front desk person was super friendly and welcoming. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom which was nice. If I had a recommendation I would say to place a bigger sign some where identifying the location, but other than that I would stay again.”

“Without a doubt, one of the best resort stays I’ve experienced. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful views everywhere you look. The interiors, particularly of the main building, are stunning, harkening back to a golden age. There are quiet nooks to be found throughout for a coffee and reading.
What really makes The Broadmoor is the staff. I’ve never experience service at this level, even in international resorts. Everyone was helpful and friendly, but also knowledgeable. It makes a world of difference.
The restaurants here are also excellent, offering a wide range of options that are stunning.
I highly recommend The Broadmoor. You will not be disappointed.”
