“We have been using Drury Inns for a few years. They are pet friendly, which is necessary for us. I don't want to stay at any other hotel! The facilities are consistently very clean, the personnel are exceptionally friendly. They have a "Kickback" in the evening, consisting of an entree, salad, soup, hot dogs, etc. and the breakfast buffet is great! In a world where good service is almost completely gone, Drury Inn & Suites is a shining example of what should be.”

“I'm most likely going to smell his name wrong but jefe was so amazing last night and helped us so much. He was super accommodating and he went above and beyond. Best experiences if had at a hotel. We booked through a 3rd party app which I hate doing and won't be doing again. Despite the compilation with the booking he manage to get us a room and we will definitely be coming back. “We lived at the American Home suites extended stay motel for 3 months this year while waiting to move. Sandy and her son Joeseph run the motel and are such friendly people. Our pet rabbits were allowed to stay with us and loved getting to run around in the grassy yard area behind the buildings. The coin laundry room is reasonably priced and always in working condition. Highly recommend this business for any long term stays in Colorado !Rooms: Our room had its own fridge, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, other appliances, and dishes free to use during our stay. As well as a flat screen TVNearby activities: Lots of fun restaurants to go to and grocery stores nearby. Really close (5 min drive to park at the head of the trail) to Pulpit rock which has lots of hiking trails of varying lengths and difficulty around itSafety: The heavy door to our room locked itself automatically when closed after entering, so we always felt safe. Both our windows locked as well and had dark shades we could draw if we wantedWalkability: Within 10 min walkinb distance or a short drive from the UCCS university village shopping area.Noteworthy details: Has a beautiful view of pikes peak and thr Rocky Mountains. They are pet friendly. Or room came with a flat screen tv with access to direct tv chanels included.”

“I found this gem unexpectedly while in a pickle. I had a previous booking ELSEWHERE that didn’t go right and I needed somewhere else to stay within THAT minute. To my surprise, Buffalo lodge was just around the corner and first thing I noticed was all the 5/5 reviews! I booked online and although it was very last minute they were able to accommodate my family and I right away! When I went into the lobby to check in, I was treated with EXCEPTIONAL customer service! She was so kind and welcoming and so very helpful with all and any needs. Once we walked into our room we were shocked at how new, modern, and clean the rooms were and very spacious! Everything we needed was there and it was so cozy and cute! In the morning we went into the lobby and enjoyed a complimentary breakfast and coffee while we sat by the fireplace and played a board game which they also provide! They also have bikes you can borrow and ride around! In the lobby aside the complimentary breakfast and drinks, you can purchase snacks, adult drinks, and other specialty coffee drinks. Also great location to all the popular attractions CO Springs has to offer! I can seriously keep going about how amazing our stay was. We fell in love with everything about it. We seriously didn’t want to leave! And We cannot wait to come back!”

“The people here are just wonderful! Every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. When my Instacart order was delivered to the adjacent hotel the front desk person immediately figured it out and even went to go get it for me in the snow.The beds were comfortable with nice linens and the food for breakfast and social hour was delicious. The gym had nice equipment and the hotel is beside some open space near Monument Creek, which runs through town. There were thoughtful touches everywhere, like live plant cuttings on the dining tables and a collection of books and games to play. The room furniture was a bit worn and some places needed fresh paint, but overall it felt clean and safe. I also liked that they had middle of the road CNN on the public TV. We'll definitely stay here again.”

“We had such an excellent experience here. Before arriving in Colorado, I called randomly and got Lee. He was soo friendly and answered all the questions I had. Gave me itinerary ideas and suggestions. When we got to the hotel, we were greeted warmly by Toi. It felt like we'd known her for years. The rooms were clean and our stay was very pleasant! We'll be back!”

“This was a great place to spend the night on a long road trip with young children and pets. Great for families and pets. Our only complaint was the way the outlets were wired. With the light switch off only 4 switches were usable. A family of 4 with all the electronics and phones it was a shuffle to get things charged.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Limited TV channels but we had the ability to connect to our Netflix account and watch our favorite things.Would stay here again and recommend it for traveling families, especially with pets.”

“Nothing fancy but it’s clean and comfortable for a quick stay. We only spent one night after exploring Colorado Springs and then heading to Denver the next day. Staff was friendly, room was clean but dated and they offered packaged pastries and coffee for breakfast. The price was perfect for what they offered and the location worked well for us.Nearby activities: Very close to garden of the gods and cliff dwellings!”

“I was traveling Friday evening (2/16) and called to see about a room at the Best Western near I-25. I couldn't find it, the street signs weren't visible because of the storm. The night clerk, Chris, guided me in by phone. When I went to park, he shoveled from my car to the door. He had treats for my dog and there was pineapple water & a treat for me. This is what hospitality is supposed to look like. I thought Best Western was kind of a budget motel, but this one was definitely top of the line. Chris could give lessons on hospitality. I will now always try to find a Best Western to stay in .”

And regardless of how we set the thermostat, HVAC would run heat, shut off, and then blow A/C for a few minutes and repeat that cycle indefinitely.
