“I’ve had my dog groomed here about 5 times now and each time has been a great experience. Keno can be a challenge when it comes to any type of hygienic care, as he’s a wiggle worm. He got a small cut on his leg once because he is particularly sensitive about his feet being touched, and they let me know immediately and gave me a discount for that visit. I was pleased with how this was handled; totally professional! Additionally, they’ve made sure to take their time with the details, from his paw pads to his eyelashes. He has always left looking fresh and dapper.”

“We had the best experience with this store. We were in town for a weekend camping trip and our dog, Suzie, decided she didn't want to eat her food. We usually purchase Boreal from our local KC pet store, but it's hard to come by elsewhere. I went in told them our situation and they looked up the ingredients to find the best replacement for her that they sell. They were so kind and accommodating. Suzie loved the food and we loved their enthusiasm!”

“Pet Pantry is awesome!! The staff is so well trained as well. The assistant manager was kind enough to explain the different foods and the ingredients that I was looking for. She is quite knowledgeable and extremely helpful. My doggie loved the food she suggested. I also learned that Pet Pantry donates returned food and goods to the local shelters. The brands of food they have on their shelves meet many animal's needs. Over the years they have been extremely helpful to my doggies and I. I would highly recommend their services. I think there's a couple in town. I visit the one on North Academy.”

“Took my Brussels Griffon to get groomed earlier today. Matthew did a wonderful job on her. She usually terrified when we drop her off to be groomed, shaking and being very dramatic. She was done in under an hour and very relaxed and happy when we picked her up. We will definitely try to make this our new usual spot. Thanks Matthew!”

“Heather is the only person I trust with my dog's grooming from now on.My girl Whiskey has a coat with special needs due to hereditary hormone imbalances, and I always made a point to mention to any new groomer that she has arthritis in her hips so standing can be difficult for her. Heather makes sure to listen and respect these things.Whiskey has left other groomers exhausted, anxious to leave and sometimes even limping. I can only imagine the difference in compassion here because she leaves Furry Friends happy, tail wagging and excited to see me. The quality of the work is also beyond compare. She's always noticeably softer, smoother, shedding SO much less, and she smells great every time. Highly recommend!”

Please be aware of the crate fee and lifetime training fee those are things you could’ve got for cheaper and I wasn’t told I’ll actually be paying for it. They said it was included so it was confusing.”

“I am very happy with the extra-wide cat house I purchased for feral cats I feed and care for. I put a fleece blanket inside and the next day, noticed that at least one of them had slept in there! The construction is quality. Heavy-duty cordura covers the frame and assembling it was very easy. Now, if I could only keep the bear that broke into my house Monday morning away, things will be fine. “I don’t know what’s with some of the negative reviews I’ve read, but for me personally, I’ve never had a negative experience. The store is usually well stocked for the most part. From time to time you’re going to run out of things, especially in this day and age, where it seems like everyone on planet earth is trying to move to Colorado so of course there will be times where it would be difficult to keep things stocked, so I am understanding of this. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful to me. I shop here regularly and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work Petco. “Outstanding store for pets, I have so many things that you will never find at a larger store like Petco, Petsmart etc. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We found several different things for our pups, that we weren't able to find anywhere else. The best thing we found was some low-dose CBD for our small dogs. Locally made with well explain ingredients, will have to review that later to see how well it works for our anxiety ridden little pup lol.”
