“The two gentlemen that were there the other day when me and my buddy kept running into issues left and right fixed and made everything right with me and were very helpful I wish I could remember there names I'm terrible eith names but dark haired shorter guy with glasses and a taller gentlemen were both fantastic and had excellent customer service I appreciate them both for there help!”

“The employees were very friendly and helpful. The truck was very inexpensive for us. We moved only a few miles. The $1.40 per mile would add up if you went far, but I assume they have different deals for long distance. The truck was clean. Lost one star for having 8 more miles on the odometer than what was on the contract. I didn't check until I was 3 miles away and didn't want to go back for approx $10 bucks.”
“Have an inside unit for over 6 months. Love everything about the security and the employees here. They always answer questions and willing to assist. Security it perfect,with alarms and double passwords and you can even drive your vehicle into the place to more security measures while you unload and take trips without worries. Each unit has an alarm so if you don't put the password in, it will scream when it's opened. Cameras and well Tempered inside. Will keep this unit for long time.”

“We went to this location in error thinking we could confirm and pick up our truck here; we did not realize we had to pick it up at another location. However, Susan who works at this location was extremely helpful, she was patient and even called and confirmed our pick up at the other location. We came from another state and felt lost, but Susan made it easy for us.Excellent work Susan! Keep it up!”

When we arrived, we went to do the 24/7 Check-in, but realized we didn't have any internet connect to complete the check-in.Thankful the owners of Ute Pass Rental Inc arrived and were willing to help us, even though it was a Sunday and they were closed - that is 5 star customer service!”

“My daughter has taken her car to Westsiders Garage a number of times and the repairs have always been top-notch. Most recently, she needed a new engine (due to issues created by another shop). They replaced it in a timely manner and the car is running great! They do a quality job and stand behind their work. Staff is friendly and responsive. We will continue to use Westsiders regularly.”
“Did fully online through app. Horrible amount of time to check in and out because of photo upload failures. Took 30 minutes with multiple upload attempts for license and truck condition. Our cell service was full bars. Also box 1 lock needs maintenance. Very very difficult to unlock to get key. Otherwise this was a nifty way to rent a truck and instructions were clear. Another note, the original reservation did not show mileage charges on total. At checkin it added almost $70 to the reservation total. That seems sneaky.”

“Misty was SUPER awesome and patient! She helped me with my reservation on a Saturday, just minutes before the store's closing time. I was also in a panic because the movers had a delay and I wasn't sure if the move was even going to happen. I chose to return the truck using their 24-hour mobile pick-up/drop-off since this location was closed when I returned the truck. It was super easy. I also called Uhaul customer service at the time of my return to make sure everything went smoothly. I'd definitely use this location again if I need to, and I'll refer them to anyone else looking to rent a Uhaul. Thank you sooo Misty! You are Awesome!”
