We were moving my brother to Idaho from Texas when we found ourselves stranded at a QT gas station just down the road from brake plus with a leaking brake line. We managed to get there using the emergency brakes. They got the truck in and fixed. We were back on the road in a matter of hours! Thanks so much for getting us back on the road! “Fairly typical dealer experience. Be a good advocate for yourself if you’re trading in a car and don’t be afraid to walk away. I didn’t like that the sales people have no knowledge of dealer warranties but our Sales guy, Trevin, was as helpful as he could be. It is seemingly their policy to force you into talking to their lending specialists to learn about add ons and warranty’s.
When asked they did have someone call me and run the information about what available warranty options there were.”

“My partner took his car here because it was overheating every time he drove it. The shop charged him to look at it and told him they left the car running for over an hour and couldn’t replicate the problem. Left the shop and within 5-10 minutes the car started overheating. We popped the hood and was immediately able to see 2 problems. 1st a huge bird stuck in the front of the radiator like a dove. 2nd was a small crack in the top of the radiator. The most recent visit he got a new timing belt, now the car is gushing oil, and didn’t even have a drop of an oil leak before…Spoke with Jeremy he looked at it and turns out it was leaking coolant from the water pump that was just installed. They took it back apart and fixed it. Also said that the technician that serviced the car when we found the bird no longer works there. Glad he reached out and cares about his shop and customers”

“Joe is amazing he came out to us in Thornton cause we broke down on the highway and changed our thermostat and luckily he stayed behind us cause then it started idling high so he also added transmission fluid and we have a pro master so doing that is a pain even just to check it he was absolutely amazing cause he was working on our van for hours at night and it was cold and he was so patient didn’t rush to do his job cause it was late and wanted to go home he was a great mechanic definitely recommend he also called a couple hours later to make sure we got home and everything was good he also has very good prices he doesn’t try and rip you off like some mechanics do thanks for everything Joe if we ever need a mechanic we will definitely be calling you”
“My name is Bryan. On July 15th, 2026, I had my 2018 Ram 2500 Crew Cab alignment done at a private shop and picked my truck up and thought I would go get my 37/17/12.50 tires rotated and balanced at Discount Tire.
When I arrived at Discount Tire, I did the necessary check in and waited for about five minutes when I was contacted by one of their service writers stating they wouldn't be able to rotate and balance my tires, because one of the tires had a nail in it that was leaking air. So, I walked out to my truck with the service writer and I did observe a nail in my right rear tire. Where the nail went in and left enough room to plug or patch it. I was informed that they would not make the repair and would not rotate and balance my tires, and moving forward it was a liability on Discount Tire to do so and they would not do it unless I bought a new tire. I looked at the service writer like he was crazy and explained that there was more than enough room and meat on the tire to do a plug.
I bought the tires from a private vendor and did not have the roadside warranty on the tires. I left Discount Tire in disbelief.
I drove to the Big O tires located at 8100 Colorado Blvd., Firestone, Colorado.
Upon my arrival, I walked up to the door and saw that they were closing at 6:00 pm. Well, it was 6:00 pm, and I thought I was screwed, but I walked in anyway and was met by a young women named Jaye at the front counter. I explained my predicament and walked out to my truck with Jaye. I knew that this store was now technically closed, but I plead my case with Jaye and explained I needed help as this was my only transportation and my work truck. She gladly smiled and stated she could repair the tire that evening, even though they were closing!
Jaye had a fantastic attitude the entire time, and I could tell she had already had a long hard day and she was ready to go home, but she shined and did all the work herself by taking that big ass tire off the truck and then off the rim. She did a complete inside patch for me and then put the tire back on. This tire and rim combo is HEAVY!! I was so impressed with Jaye. Her attitude and work ethic were amazing!
I really want Jaye to get the accolades she deserves. What an incredible and strong women.
I will be a customer for life at Big O Tires simply because of Jaye's interaction and care. She is what every employer should strive to find in an employee.
On 07/16/2026, I followed up with Jaye's supervisor, Justin. I explained how awesome Jaye was. While speaking with Justin, I told him that I still needed my tires rotated and balanced. I asked Justin what it would cost me for a rotate and balance. He told me what the cost would be and then said: You know what, don't worry about it. Bring you truck in and we'll do it for free for you.' I was blown away!! Two days in a row I received above and beyond extraordinary customer service.
I took my truck that day and Justin and his team had me out in no time. I am five stars all the way for Jaye and Justin!!!
Justin was very knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a pleasure speaking to him. His store is my first choice for all my auto needs from here on out.

“Harvey is the man. I misunderstood my appointment and should have only been there for the dyno inspection which is after 5:00p but I got there at 12:30. He adjusted his day and not only did he do the inspection, but got me on the dyno and tuned the car since he didn't have something else on the dyno that day. He did a speed density tune which my car was not on previously and it runs great. He's got a lot of experience and it shows”
