“I love Hilltop Broadband! I’m out in Platteville.We used Rise Broadband and T-Mobile previously and they were insanely terrible and their service was so slow it was me paying for a headache (especially dealing with T-Mobile).When we heard that hilltop was installing fiber they did take longer than their original projected dates but that was during 2020 and after when everything was crazy. Once we finally got it, install was quick and professional. I’ve added two routers and they dropped it off for me when they were in town and even installed one of them for me. I’ve had a couple instances where my internet wasn’t performing where it should’ve been and they were quick to have someone come and check it out in person and the other time was quickly resolved over the phone. Their customer service is great! Everyone I’ve interacted with is kind and helpful.”

“I went in there on 1/23/26 interested in getting a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot because the Internet/Wi-Fi availability in Longmont is absolutely atrocious! All the staff in there were super welcoming and helpful—especially Michael who had great knowledge about the products available and was able to help me choose the right product and plan for me. It was also pretty quick, because he was so efficient— which I really appreciated. If anyone needs any T-Mobile services, I highly recommend this location!”

“I recently purchased a new iPhone 17 Pro over the phone, and unfortunately the experience started off very frustrating. For reasons I still don’t understand, the phone was shipped to a Verizon affiliate in Longmont and not the corporate Verizon store. During the data transfer process, several mistakes were made, which caused my new phone to malfunction and created issues with my email accounts. At one point, I was even told that they couldn’t help resolve the problems.
Thankfully, Ramon at the corporate Verizon store in Longmont (1234 S Hover St) stepped in and completely turned the experience around. He worked with me over a few visits to carefully troubleshoot the issues. Ultimately, he had to reset my new phone and start fresh. Ramon patiently walked through all of my settings, clearly explained important features, and showed me how to use functions that matter most to me. He answered every question thoroughly, provided helpful examples, and made sure I never felt rushed. Most importantly, he was empathetic and made sure everything was fully resolved before I left.
I returned again today with a couple of minor questions and to turn in my old phone. Patrick assisted me, and he was equally outstanding. He went out of his way to patiently help and made the process smooth and easy. In my opinion, he is a five-star representative.
