I've been self employed for 25+ years, and it's hard to find a shipping and business support center that is this well run.”

“Our small business has been looking for a post office for a long time that offers all our shipping companies. We no longer have to drive through the whole city to drop off all our packages, which saves us a lot of time. We can drive directly to the entrance by car, which makes loading and unloading packages much easier. We don't have to wait long to be served, the office is very tidy and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very glad that we found this post office.”

“Best customer service ever!!!I needed a document printed same day for an event early the next morning and Mary was very accommodating and understanding despite me coming in at 7pmI originally placed my order at Office Depot down the street but I didn't realize they closed at 6pm until I pulled up. 6pm isn't even late enough for some people to get home from work...frustrating.Staples is now my go-to! “First things first, Pedro needs a raise or a promotion asap! His customer service and ability to go above and beyond was INCREDIBLE!!! My wedding was on October 7th, we were waiting on a very important package that had originally been expedited from the company. The package was re-routed initially and I was told it would not be delivered until Monday, after 5 hours on the phone with ups the morning of my wedding. I was able to reach the warehouse that was closed over the weekend and got to speak with Pedro. He was so kind and understood the urgency behind receiving this package. He located the package that apparently NO ONE else could find and allowed us to pick up with him asap.Thank you, Pedro for your hard work and actual concern and understanding for urgent matters.We appreciate you!!!”
