“Hector, the owner/operator of BTC, was recommended to me by B-Town. I had a tire that would only hold air about a day and this was sort of an emergency. I called him first thing this morning (Friday). Turned out he was able to fit me in right away, between two appointments. Hector is a great guy and works quickly. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Price was reasonable as well. I will keep him in mind for future needs; plus, I prefer to pay locals over chain stores any day.”

I drove to his store.. not sure what was wrong with my car at the time
I just knew that there was a noise coming into my car with the windows open or closed.
it sounded very loud.
Steve test drove it in less than 30 seconds identified the problem..
It was a left front hub and bearing.
My car came in limping and in less than 2 hours later ..magic
I was 100% impressed with the work done.

“Went to midas for a break inspection, and service. They wanted to charge me almost $2,000 and said it would take over 3 hrs. Drove to SAFEWAY and decided to swing by at Breaks Plus. “These guys are amazing. After 2 failed attempts to get my truck aligned right at other shops. These guys brought me back to show me where the other places were messing up. And even saved me 130$ on extra caster/camber bolts that the other shop told me I would need to properly align the truck. Turns out i didnt not need those. Professional and fast service and the customer service is 10/10 I will always recomend the longmont location. Even being from 30 mins east of longmont. I'd rather do my business with these guys any day of the week.”

“Matt save me in a real pinch before they were even open. Big name chain "O" down the street started grooming me to sell me a tire before he even examined the screw which was in an easily reparable position on the tread. Matt put some soap on the screw, not leaking, then pulled it out. Quarter inch long screw didn't even penetrate tread. THANK YOU MATT!”
“I had a great experience here as I stopped in just passing through the area. I had purchased my tires in another State, but they honored the free tire rotation without question. This is actually a Commercial vehicle shop, and they still worked on my sedan. They also patiently explained an issue they found on a wheel without talking down to me - as a woman, I greatly appreciated this! Both Pomp's locations that I have dealt with have provided great service and I would recommend the company.”

This firestone in firestone blew my socks off, they were awesome, extremely helpful, got the job done quickly, communicated every step of the way from confirming appointment to completion. You should probably have this store manager mentor your other store managers!”
“Based on the other recent reviews, I feel like I went to different place. Except for waiting a few minutes to get someone to the desk to start the installation process, everything went fine. New tires were installed in under 45 minutes. Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional. Price was slightly lower than Costco's, and noticeably lower than some of the tire stores.”
