“I moved from California in 2020 and I chose this bank knowing nothing about them. I have had an absolutely excellent relationship with the personnel in the office. I have had to get foreign currency which was amazingly easy and timely. I have had a couple of issues with my own accounting which both times an acount member went over and above to assist me in getting my account straightened out. John is the last person to help me and he was so kind in his dealings with my error. He listened to how a made the error and gave advice on how to correct it. He followed up with me to be certain everything was corrected. I am so blessed to have found this excellent bank and the exemplary employees.”

“For your information!! The lobby is closed. The sign at the door said, "LOBBY IS TEMPORARILLY CLOSED. Our Drive-Thru will remain open." It also said that you need to call them to schedule an appointment if you need access to their lobby.The picture is the screenshot of the top of bbvausa.com . I forgot to check their website before I headed there, so I hope this review will help somebody who wanted to visit BBVA lobby :)”

“Been with US bank for probably 25 years. They have always been quick to fund my dreams at a rate better than the others and I don't recall any issues that were anyone's fault but my own. Just a review from a reasonable, accountable, financially literate person who knows its not fair to come and trash your bank for your own nonsense. If you cant live without your debit card for 2 days, figure out how to operate a phone or simply be kind, you need to get your crap together. Happy New Year US Bank!”

“I came to know First Interstate Bank while helping my dad during his terminal illness. We spent quite a bit of time there getting his accounts in order, and the staff took great care of him and treated him as a friend. The regional director of the bank even came to my dad's funeral. They genuinely cared about my dad while he was here.Now that my dad is gone, I have started banking with them. I trust them with my finances and my future.
