“Drove from Tulsa, Oklahoma to have Adrenaline HQ install a RIP Kit, new wheels and tires, and an on board air compressor, on my Sprinter.

Reached out to Agile Off-road first to discuss their RIP Kits. Then asked which installers they recommend in the Colorado area because I was headed there on vacation. They did not hesitate to recommend Adrenaline HQ.

First contact was with Bart. I explained my build to him and how I used my van. He was very helpful in explaining my options and what I could expect with the various RIP kit and wheel options. Upfront about pricing and how long it would take. We picked out the appropriate equipment for my van and scheduled an install date, after a couple of phone calls and emails.

At the shop Tim, Rob , and Tanner were great to deal with. Dropped off the van and two days later as promised the van was ready. Tim walked me thru all of the parts that were installed and gave tips and instructions on how to get the most out of them. If you are on the fence about upgrading your suspension, wheels and tires, jump off the fence and DO IT! As the many reviews about the RIP Kit state truly a night and day difference on the ride and the handling of the van. I am 100% satisfied with the results. The wheels that were recommended come with a dual valve system, that paired with the ARB compressor under the hood makes airing up and down so easy. I find myself doing it way more often now.

Their shop (extremely clean) is up to date with all of the Mercedes Van Technology and they are very knowledgeable about Mercedes Vans. After I left the shop, i instantly went to the mountains and the ride was great!

I had an issue with my van (NOT related to anything Adrenaline HQ installed or worked on) and had limited cell service. Called my dealership first and couldn’t get thru to a HUMAN to talk to about my situation. Called Adrenaline and Bart answered the phone first call, I explained my situation, was told he would call me right back. 2 minutes later Bart talked to Tim, Tim told him solution, and I was on my way!

My experience was awesome, good people, good equipment, good service. If anyone is close to Oklahoma and would like to look at the work done to my van give them a call and they can reach out to me with your number.”

“The work they did on my SO's GMC AT4, was clean and they walked us ( him, as all I wanted to do was hear it start ) through everything they did, what they had to take off and all the in's and out's of the new systems installed!!”

“Good overall experience. Quick to respond, worked smoothly with my insurance company, and glass and installation quality appear solid. The only thing that was a bit disappointing had to do with their policy of charging you $10 if you needed to leave your vehicle over night. In my case, I needed to drop the car on my way to work and pick up the following morning due to the shop not being open after I get off work. There may be logistical reasons why they feel they needed to impose this fee but they didn't let me know about it until I was in the shop dropping off my car. They were kind enough to wave the fee for me based on my individual circumstances but I just thought it was kinda crummy and is the reason for the 1 star deduction. This isn't anything that would keep me from using the shop again in the future but feel that others should be made aware of this policy to factor into their decision making.”

“I got two defective sterios from J V C and Alfedo stood tall on it both times i am sure that I should of handled it better I must apologize to Alfredo he did all that was possible”

“I came in with an emergency issue with my brakes. Ron explained the severity of the issue without the typical sales pressure that you experience with many auto places. Though I didn't have an appointment they were able to get me taken care of that day. He even replaced my headlight bulb. They went above and beyond to help and it was reasonable pricing. “Live five hours away. Car was hesitating during acceleration. Used AAA to tow car to this shop. They diagnosed the problem as a fuel sensor and replaced the part in the same day. Very fast and courteous service. The car ran well until the very top of Monarch Pass. The car died and I was able to nurse it to the top. Once on the summit, the car ran fine and took us the rest of the way home with normal power and performance. I will get the car further evaluated by a local Land Rover shop. The shop did a great job and the engine shares parts with Volvo so maybe an NOS part will deliver the correct amount of fuel during a heavy load up hills. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Fair pricing as well.”

“My Xterra broke down on a 4x4 road Sunday night (leaf spring center pin broke and slipped out of the axle). Used a tow strap to hold axle in place as an emergency fix. Took it to Rockworx first thing Monday morning and their customer service was above and beyond. “Lots to say in a positive light. Last October 25 my parked 2020 Avalon was damaged in a hit and run at a market parking lot. Right front damaged and because I approach and enter from the left side, didn’t notice it initially. Don’t know where or when other than it was fine at my home three days early. Front right bumper, and due to the extent, grill had to be replaced as well. Order parts, arrived a few days later, left the car and car finished for pickup ahead of the initial date.

Looked absolutely brand new! Complicated color being pearl infused with the metallic paint. Candidly, I didn’t believe it would look as perfect as it did. Hunted and couldn’t find it had ever been damaged; fit was perfect as well. Way beyond my expectations.

Today, I returned with my 2015 Tundra that had been pelted with bird crap. It looked like several vertebrate Aves were involved, ran down the drivers side mirror onto the painted finish, down the side on the paint all to way to the bottom of the door still. Three lines the entire distance, spreading wider as it headed down the door. I cleaned and attempted to polish the dried lines and spots only to discover it had penetrated the clear coat and onto the color underneath. I worked on it for an hour, different products, to no avail, zero help. Was looking like the entire driver’s door would have to be repainted, base and clear coat. Drove it over to them, no appointment hoping they would give me a prognosis, and make an appointment for the repair work. It was so bad, it had to be addressed.

Well, they agreed with my observation that the clear coat had been penetrated and the paint underneath damaged as well. They said, if I had time, they had time as well between appointment and could see what quick polishing could accomplish. They took it into the shop, 20 minutes later they returned with it and indicated the paint was damaged but they were able clean up an restore it enough to almost get all of it, except where the clear coat was missing. It looked Great! Fine lines remain at two of worse spots and is only discernible because I now it’s there. Looks like after car wash drying spot that I missed when drying it! That’s it! Not an issue any longer.

“We were driving to our vacation destination and heard an awful, loud squeaking noise when the truck was going 5-10mph. We called our usual auto mechanic and he found the closest mechanic to us and suggested RPM in Montrose which was perfect, as we were going through there anyway. I called and spoke with Jarrott and he said just to stop by and he'd take a drive and look it over. He got us right in.
