“My family and I were on a walk from the Briargate area. Unfortunately they didn’t take Apple Pay as neither of us had cash or wallet and just our watches. Rashawn (sorry if misspelled) paid for our daughters slurpee that she had already poured with his own debit card. Came back an hour later and he was gone to repay his gesture (left cash with another employee). I will stop by here now instead of Kum n Go on my way to work just because of him.”

“This particular location had amazing service. I was accommodated well, with the manager being willing to solve an issue for me (not anybody’s fault at this location). She handled my situation in the middle of the lunch rush with a good attitude, getting me in and out quickly. She was multitasking and appeared to be the only one working at this time of day. She did it speedily and made sure everyone was taken care of.”

“This review is for the pharmacy staff . They are working so hard . I was waiting yesterday for a while and the gentleman answering the phone / managing drive thru was SO NICE to each and every person . I couldn't do it !!! With the pandemic and all these people walking up to window literally not knowing what Rx they were getting / phone # or other insane variations of being unprepared , the staff was super patient . These are hard times for pharmacy techs and I think they were doing their best !”

“The staff here are mostly amazing. I’ve been a regular here for years and I’ve never had a problem until now. Tammy, Tiffany, Francesca, they’re all amazing. However tonight I stopped by and Makayla yelled at me, threatened to call the cops on me and even invited her bf to the store to laugh at me and whisper at him while laughing at me. It was hurtful and scary. I felt unsafe. I’ve never had this problem with anyone else. I know now not to come when Makayla is working but why should I have to feel this way??? It’s a public store for Christ's sake :( when I first showed up to buy some hot Cheetos she postured angrily and muttered something under her breath. This woman needs to be fired…”
