“I Went in to the store to get a phone upgrade (which I dread doing ) but I had a wonderful experience with an exemplary employee, Carlos . he took time and helped me get everything working on my new phone , it took quite a while and he was so patient and friendly. I highly recommend this store and Carlos.”

I advise others to keep in mind that this store sees a lot of people who aren't particularly tech-savvy and therefore take a bit longer. “This particular location had amazing service. I was accommodated well, with the manager being willing to solve an issue for me (not anybody’s fault at this location). She handled my situation in the middle of the lunch rush with a good attitude, getting me in and out quickly. She was multitasking and appeared to be the only one working at this time of day. She did it speedily and made sure everyone was taken care of.”

“I absolutely love the xxl cups. I really like this seven eleven because the CO2 for my Diet Coke is always really good but sometimes they do run out of cherry slushee for a few days or a week and the other flavors of slushee are honestly kinda of weird and gross.”
