“I came to this location with a unique issue that required fraud prevention to be involved. Although my issue was not resolved, the entire team assisted me during the 4 hours I was there. From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades. “My brother's phone needed to be handicap accessible after we got his new phone that feature was not working. After the second time he brought it back to the T-Mobile store they told us it had a bug and we needed to order a new one. So we went through the hassle of ordering a new phone. Got the new one took it to the manager at the T-Mobile store and after a long time he said there's no way to get handicapped accessible on this new phone and we need to upgrade to a different model. The last store we went to was T-mobile on Voyager Parkway. The manager Brandon determined his phone didn't have the handicap accessible button, downloaded that from the Google play store and activated the feature. It is working perfectly! Brandon was very patient with my brother and very kind. The other employees were also very friendly. Highly recommend only going to this store T-mobile!”

I advise others to keep in mind that this store sees a lot of people who aren't particularly tech-savvy and therefore take a bit longer. As long as you choose to go on a day when you have a flexible schedule, you'll be good to go.”
