Oil Change in Monument, CO

“This morning driving my four and a half year old little girl to school my brakes went out and I almost rear-ended a lady I had to Swerve into the ditch to avoid a collision.. i limped it into Brakes Plus at Monument.. mind you this is a month before Christmas the estimated total was $870 which was my entire Christmas savings.. after speaking with the manager Kevin he was able to... incredibly so... provide me with everything that I need to fix my truck for $200 this man completely and totally saved my life... and my little girl's Christmas and he told me it's all about paying it forward... I started crying right in the middle of his store in front of all of his customers and gave him an enormous hug.. never in my life have I ever ever experienced anything like this before.. I'm so very grateful for their entire crew and the care and compassion that was shown in this situation.. words cannot express how grateful I am for these people.. thank you all from the bottom of my heart....”

“Friendly service from greeting to ending. Clean wait area. Left my hood up and showed me my tipped off fluids. Dealt with an obnoxious customer who wanted a free Uber check while I was there (which actually costs $40) and even though the customer got agitated that they wouldn't do it for free, and dropped plenty of F-bombs, he (the manager) remained calm and eventually the customer calmed down. My car is running smoothly. The manager also let me know they top off the fluids they filled in the interim until your next full oil change for free, so that's a nice bonus! I appreciate that they are open until 7:00pm, too!”
