“Had to stop in somewhere after work today. Service light came on that never has before, manual said it was important. I have a long commute so any car trouble really concerns me. Techs were friendly and helpful even though I came in around 5 and they close at 6. Gave me my overdue oil change and helped me figure out what the issues were. Also recommended a shop that could help. I will try my favorite first, but I appreciate the info. And that Nikko was honest! I had another tech whose name I WISH I could recall because he was great. Very "fair," lol. Also had a laugh with the manager. Seems like a nice team. Would visit again.”

“Terrence and his whole crew are exceptional in every way. Oil change and inspection were completed efficiently and thoroughly. They even caught an issue with my brake pads, And didn't push to have the brakes done at Jiffy Lube. They did strongly encourage me to check with my mechanic if that's where I'd want the work done, so that I'd be safe.

“I have used Import Specialty Auto for several years for oil changes and annual inspections on my 2006 Mini, and have been impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism. About a month ago I had been unable to avoid a deep pothole in a narrow alley and felt a thunk under the driver’s side of the car. It didn’t seem to have affected anything until it wouldn’t start last week. Fortunately, once I got it into the shop, the team at ISA discovered some extensive damage/leaks, etc. that required parts and repairs. They kept me posted every step of the way, and kept the costs as reasonable as they could. I trust this shop implicitly and my Mini is running beautifully! Thank you!”

“These guys are awesome!! I went there for the first time today. They rotated my tires, removed a piece of metal from the tread and fixed a squeaky rotor!! My bill was zero dollars I could not believe it especially when everything is so expensive now. Honest and friendly. “Best West is my go-to in ColoSpgs. Always available appointments, quick work. They over-communicate any issues, check in each morning and evening with status updates. A few years ago, they diagnosed an issue with my Kia engine, contacted Kia and were able to secure a replacement engine at no cost. Had it at a different shop in Boulder, never ran right after. Took it to Best West, they were able to fis the mistakes made by the first shop as well as some steering issues. Was in and out in 2 days.”
“Always professional and helpful! A nice benefit is the free fluid top off. Grease Monkey is my favorite go-to for oil changes and I’m starting to get other work done here also. Highly recommend!”

“My mini cooper runs just like it did when it was new and AC couldn't be better and thanks to the guy who did my vacuum twice. These men go above and beyond for there guest I'll only come here from on. To the lady who expressed how there untrust worthy because there prices went up , I'm sorry but have you looked around everything has gone up, our economy and what do u expect them to change your oil for 9.99.come on they have to raise their prices in order to stay alive . Great job on pricing and any place I can get car service under 300 bucks is a great deal ?”
“Brought my vehicle in mainly to diagnose what was wrong with it . As it turns out, it was a costly transmission problem, and I had to delay transmission replacement. Dave was great about getting me in and giving me the bad news. I've been going there for years and have never had a problem. They have always treated me well.”
“After several years, I recently returned to Jiffy Lube. My previous visit was, to put it mildly, not a pleasant one. On that occasion, I visited the Powers location for a transmission fluid change and also required a synthetic oil change. Unfortunately, that particular location was unable to assist me due to my vehicle's shaker hood. This requires the removal of four #10 bolts to access the oil cap. They informed me they could not perform this task and even added a note to my file, visible to all locations, indicating their inability to perform the oil change.
Moving forward to a week ago, I personally removed the shaker hood and decided to visit this location. I was very pleasantly surprised to encounter the District Manager, who promptly attended to me and my vehicle. I discussed my previous concerns with him, and he assured me that such an issue would not recur, and that they are indeed capable of removing the shaker hood without difficulty. The staff were exceedingly courteous and respectful of both my vehicle and my time. They appeared to take exceptional care to prevent any damage to the vehicle and ensured the service was performed correctly on the first attempt. My car continues to operate perfectly; it did not experience any issues. Therefore, if you have any reservations about Jiffy Lube, I encourage you to consider giving them another opportunity; they have implemented improvements.”

“Recently I took my Jeep Wrangler to a nearby shop on Tutt to get a window motor regulator assembly replaced. I have an after market warranty and they were willing to pay for their share - about $230, but that shop quoted me over $650 (their part alone was $295). That would have left me with the remaining balance of $420. I asked if they could use a less expensive part and they said no. So I left there and called BRAKES PLUS on AUSTIN BLUFFS and spoke with manager KAITLYN FOSTER. She assured me she could help me out. And she did!! After i dropped of my Jeep she contacted my warranty service, found out how much they were paying and selected a part i could afford. Her total price was $384. After the warranty service paid their part I walked out of there paying only $152. Over $300 less out of pocket. Thank you Kaitlyn so much!! I appreciate your help, hard work, honesty and staying in contact with me throughout the process. I highly recommend BRAKES PLUS on AUSTIN BLUFFS.”
