“I've been taking my car here for several years now at a relative's original recommendation, and they've always been excellent. They're honest, just, and Chris at the front desk will take time to patiently explain things well so I can make an informed decision. Just yesterday, I brought my car in with issues rendering it undrivable, and they managed to squeeze me in and get my car back today (that's obviously not always possible depending on parts and other commitments, etc., but they work hard to help people!). Good ole' friendly, hard-working, local business. It's rare that I take the time to craft a review, but these guys deserve it. Only have good things to say.”

“If you want quality service this is the Jiffylube to go to. As someone who has high standard for quality work on my vehicle this place did not disappoint. The staff was kind and informative. They were friendly and in a great mood. The service was QUICK! I was in and out in maybe 10-15 minutes max. The price is great. I have a bigger pickup which takes 7-8 quarts of oil and even with the extra charge for the extra quarts I still feel I got an excellent price for my oil change. I even came at the last minute before they closed (5:50pm) to ask for a quick fix because my turn signal bulb went out, they happily fixed it, did so quickly, and didn’t even charge me! “I have never gone to a Grease Monkey before, only dealerships and local garages. This experience was the least stressful of all the times I have gone to get an “oil change.” Those previous experiences taught me that you can’t always expect to just get your oil changed, other things always seem to pop up as major problems. The guys at Grease Monkey did not pressure me in any way, they asked if I wanted other services but didn’t push them. They were done fast and had great costumer services. They even showed me my air filter, they said it was a little dirty but didn’t need a change yet. That might be normal, but for me it made me feel much more at ease. Most times when I have to do something for my car I end up in tears. I am happy to report no tears, I am just very thankful. I would highly recommend people come here if they need an oil change.”

Their reservation system seems to be problematic, so double check your appointment if you plan on waiting, but they went out of their way to get me taken care of.—- —- —-I had an appointment for an oil change at 5:30. I arrived 10 minutes early and was told they would not be able to get me in. I asked what the point of making an appointment was if they are not going to be able to do the service. They made no effort to rectify the situation or reschedule me. 0/10. This place sucks.”

They did a complete diagnostic check and said my computer had not recorded the warning light coming on so it was just a fluke. My car was up to date on all the necessary services and I was not charged for the diagnostics. I was certainly expecting a charge, but they wouldn't. I've dealt with them once before and they were great with the repairs and dealing with my warranty insurance. I feel they are very honest and I wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again!”
