“My family and I love the Mail Stop Market! Alex and Lisa have been so kind to us for the past 9 years we've lived in the neighborhood above the shop. Everyday except Sundays I've been dropping off my small businesses packages to them, and I appreciate all of their support throughout the years. It's always such a a pleasure seeing both of them. The gift shop is full of local treasures supporting small businesses and artists alike. This is not a USPS, so please be sure to set your expectations right before you go. They can help ship USPS packages only, not FedEx or UPS. And anything beyond shipping packages and letters is best done at the local USPS station.”
“Amazing customer service. Jeff was amazing and thorough at helping us complete and turn in our passports.Was very impressed by their customer service as we had an appointment time and listed on their list. Another family walked in after us and unfortunately had the incorrect appointment day/time. They went above and beyond to bring out another employee to help them instead of turning them away. All while still helping other customers and us. Amazing service!!!”

“Every time I go in they’re always so helpful and nice. Then today we had an important package that my MIL put the wrong address on and I called and talked to I think her name was Margo or Margret (please don’t hate me if I’m wrong ?) and she was able to get a hold of the carrier and make sure I got my package. I will be forever thankful because other wise it’d be an even bigger headache since it was our car tags/registration.”

He was great he had already put in a tracer and requested the package be sent back to Colorado. I received my package the next day. Tha k you so much for your amazing support Jason!!”
“I go to this post off about 2 times a week to mail products. Yes it's super busy, the employees are busy, but very mostly nice. Especially the newer man, Mark!!!!!!!!! I Had to ask him his name this past Friday. I'll wait in any line to be helped by him!!!! So so nice, outgoing and total hottie!!!!!!”
