I had a major issue with mailing some forms and some missing information, and they were able to completely assist me and make my life so much easier! I truly appreciate their professionalism and kindness. They also were striving to make sure they kept the line moving the entire time I was there, and that they were helping me. Great examples of postal employees! Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names, but they were working this morning July 24 in the morning between 10 and 11 AM! Thank you girls you were awesome!”

Again!!April 2023 We have been a USPS customer at the "West End" Post Office for at least 10 years now. We have always received prompt, couteous, and professional assistance from the staff. Probably been this way since the Post Office was built here back in 1962! Wow, that's 61 years of superb 5 Thumbs Up service!! West Side is the Best Side.”

“I have been interacting with some of these gentlemen since I was a young child when the Post Office was on Wasatch off of Nevada. To this day they still hold the same professional yet personable personalities and they do the very best they can within the capabilities that they are allowed to. I am one of those that understands that they have rules to follow and they are not allowed to break them. This is something that upsets other people. I however, have a high regard and respect for the fact that the employees here have a work ethic and a moral compass to do what is right, not what people think they should be entitled to. Each one of them has a great communication skill set and are super nice to the kids when I bring them in. And they love coming with me to say hi to them. Thank you for all that you do including the supervisor who helps so much when we keep getting mail to a building that no longer exists!”

“As someone who is living in Devonshire Square, these guys ain't bad. It's conveniently located, and the drivers are the smartest of the delivery options. I've never had a failed delivery due to the driver claiming they don't have the door code, even though you've given it to them. Can't say the same about DHL or Amazon.But the post office itself definitely needs an overhaul. It looks like it hasn't had an interior update since the 1970s, and there is often a line because while there are five booths, only two are usually manned.I wish they had a Self-Service kiosk. Would probably reduce the line for those who have a simple package delivery and let people send items after hours. You have to drive 10+ minutes if you want to find a USPS with one of those.”

“Passports: walk in for Saturday the website is a bit misleading. Only 9-11, and it's really not "walk in" because they give out 12 tickets only to get those spots. They give those tickets out early 7/730. So go there early sat and get a ticket, then go run some errands/grab breakfast. The Guy who does the actual renewal/application appointment is absolutely wonderful. *Add in need a debit card or cash to pay for part of the renewal, can't do it all on a credit card, $100ish....”
