“Fast and convenient. Not a full post office so I cannot comment on the USPS services. We always print labels and package things at home to avoid issues and save money. It is worth investing in a scale to save money on every package. Plus, it's better for baking! Win win!
This location has an adorable little shop, too. Their used DVD selection is huge and super cheap. We have filled in so many holes in our collection here. We have definitely picked up some obscure titles that I wasn't even looking for (Copper Mountain with Jim Carrey!)
The staff is typically friendly. Over the years they have had some rude employees, but that happens everywhere and they don't last very long. The owner is very kind and the current staff has been very nice.”
“Super pleasant experience. I went in with an eBay return, there was a decent line but the ladies worked through it quickly and were very kind. They scanned my QR code, printed my label, and I was out pretty quickly.”
“I've been selling books on Amazon for about a year. I find this post office the BEST in the entire city of Colorado Springs. Why do I say this you ask? The clerks are friendly and professional. I appreciate the fact that they know me and still ask for my ID when I use my credit card etc. I find them to be by the book and helpful at the same time. I was in the PO on the north end of town by Chapel Hills. I stood 30 minutes in the line with one clerk to handle the line that eventually went out the door. This office is busy and friendly, what more do you want?”
“Employees are great. Prices, not so much. Not always the best deal for shipping items. My estimated delivery was a Friday. The package sat for more than a day in two locations and didnt arrive until Tuesday. Not acceptable for a .75 envelope package to cost $8.75 and take twice as long as quoted.”

“When you drive in there’s an entrance driveway and an exit driveway , you can enter and then drive by the mailbox to drop a letter off and then you exit I drove in the wrong way. I drove in the exit driveway instead of the entrance driveway. They’re not marked. You just kind of gotta figure it out as you go along, I drove in the exit driveway. ((my mistake) an impatient nasty person coming out as I was going in the wrong direction, but it was my fault. I was going in the wrong driveway, but as I said, they’re not marked, but anyway that’s my story.”
“I love this post office! I’ve always had the most pleasant experiences with staff - they’re always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I’ve also not had to wait more than a few minutes in line, but most of the time I can walk right up. Highly recommend this place if you need to mail something.”

“The unicorn of post offices!Everyone knows post offices usually suck, but this location is the complete opposite. I came here to get my passport, and the employee went above and beyond. She actually started a whole 45 minutes earlier than her scheduled start time! People always complain about the post office, but this one is incredibly fast, efficient, and kind. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had! Give Tanya a raise ?”

“I use this USPS location to send most of my packages. I have never had a bad experience there. The employees are knowledgeable, efficient, and personable. I rarely have a long wait. This is a great place to go!”
“I had an oversized envelope and I needed to send it certified. There was no line, and the postal worker told me to come over to her. She quickly weighed the envelope and attached the certified sticker. I'll receive an email with a signature, date, and the time delivered.”
