I came close to closing time and there was a very long line. Despite that the guy at the front was so nice, respectful, did not make me feel rushed, and answered all my questions.

I have my issues with the USPS same as everyone else, but Kim is amazing and definitely deserves a shout out! She went above and beyond to find my package and made sure I got it, most people wouldn't put in half the work she did, and I am beyond grateful! Fantastic job today!
