Honestly all the staff there are very helpful, professional and nice , beside a black lady that I had to deal with her unfortunately very rude and disrespectful, give u no time to speaker your questions, she doesn't really match the staff

Postal rates keep going up and the service keeps getting worse. I feel sorry for the Postal Employees that deal with customers everyday. Good people trying to do a good job for an organization that has lost its way.
