“I was in the COS area to visit and had a rental vehicle. After running to the store, I noticed that I had a large screw imbedded into the center of one of my tires. I saw Les Schwab in Monument while I was looking for a service station. So, I pulled in to see what they could do. They were technically closed as it was just after normal Saturday business hours. But, all the staff was understanding and amazingly enough, they got the car in immediately and repaired the puncture! The event cost nothing! They said “That’s just how we do things here”. Amazing! They sowed their time, talent and wares to get me going safely. What a fantastic example of service. Thanks for being good people!”

“I pulled into the check tire lane with a large piece of metal sticking out of the sidewall at 4:54, about 5 minutes before they close. They pulled my records, replaced the tire at no cost, and had me out the door at 5:14. I did have to pay for installation and balance, but that's a bargain.
I've been a Discount Tire customer over thirty years because of their prices and Always Excellent service.”
