“I use this UPS store's services all the time for my business, and they never fail to impress with their kindness and quick service — even if I'm bringing in eighteen giant boxes to ship out. Thank you so much for being such a great business!!”
“Returning an item can cause a little stress when you have to follow a few steps, including paper inside and writing things on the outside. I wondered if the people would be annoyed. Mandy and Conner made the process fast and very pleasant. Mandy even wrote the order number and return code on a sticker and placed it on the outside. It couldn't have been easier. Thank you”
“Genuinely amazing people working here! My daughter left her change purse on accident and the person working there was so helpful and went the extra mile to make sure it was returned safely to her! Before we noticed it was missing he found it, put it somewhere safe, and called us to let us know where it was. Super thankful and now my child’s tooth fairy money is safe :)”
“I walked into a line of about six people, and the two gentlemen at the counter, had everybody in and out in less than five minutes. Very efficient and excellent customer service.”

“Armand is amazing. His customer service skills are incredible, I’ve recently had a lost package and he has gone above and beyond to get it sorted out for me. Give this man a raise !”
