“Tivoli (her name) works here and is the reason we got our Expedited passports in time. She was so helpful, we didn’t realize our children’s passport’s expired. I could get a morning appointment within 2 days, it’s a small but easy to find USPS off E470, she made photocopies for us, passport photos can be taken here, made a money order for us (these services were priced as reasonable as getting them anywhere else and saved us a return trip when kids were pulled from school and parents from work). Tivoli had the proper form available and helped ensure we filled it out properly.
Even with her personal attention we done in 30 min (time allotted appointment). We are grateful for her customer service and will return here to renew our adult passports when due (children passport 5 years, adult passport 10 years).”

“I am keeping the 5 stars as USPS only accepts the applications—the actual processing of documents is done by the U.S. Dept of State.
I was; however, very disappointed that our original documents were returned to us folded, which is UNACCEPTABLE as they were official documents.
You do need an appointment to apply for your passport but, aside from the document issue, the process was very smooth.
Shout-out to Tami! She was incredibly kind and helpful. The office was empty when we arrived, but she came out immediately after we rang the bell. No waiting at all!
? Tip: Bring your completed form and copies of your documents. We also brought our passport photo, though I believe photos can be taken there as well.
Tami handled all payments, so we didn’t have to wait in line to purchase a money order.
We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.
Overall, it was a positive experience.”
“The staff are consistently polite, courteous, and helpful. There is rarely a long line, and you can tell they're working hard to keep it moving. They also acknowledge you and let you know they'll see you as soon as they can if they're in the middle of a task instead of just ignoring you.”

As someone who works in customer service I always belive that you do your job right when you as the employee connect with the customers. Today I went in with questions that needed answers, and I walked out teary eyed instead(in an amazing way). The employees here were so kindhearted and went the extra mile. Not only did they connect with me as a person, but they took the time to listen to me. One of the female employees was nothing but a gem, a complete sweetheart. She was ready to give her 100% to the customer in any way possible. “Passport office was really friendly. Alicia was top notch took care of me and my son in no time very accommodating. My other son came in a week earlier and I screwed up his appt by not clicking something and she helped him through the whole process and even accommodated the incorrect Money Order amount.
Even though she has windows, the door could use replacing and Alicia needs a substantial raise!”
