“I felt my belongings were safe and secure at this storage space. The grounds were always clean and not run down. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact I felt the price increased a little too often. Overall I was happy with my 2 years of storing at this location. My unit was on the end and I had no problems with moisture or any damage. I entered the office on 2 occasions and staff was friendly and answered my questions.”
“Can’t recommend Red Rocks Self Storage enough! The facilities are bright, clean and well kept. The whole place feels very secure and safe and the rate is the best we found— better than storage places that aren’t half as nice as red rocks. Tamara was super helpful getting us set up and Weysean and Paul at the front desk are friendly and helpful too. You’re not going to find a better storage place!”

“I started storing at this location in October. Now, 3 months later, I got a notice that my unit will be DOUBLING in price! I agreed to $88 and it will be $196 starting in March. I understand that self storage can do this and raise rates overtime but to double it is insane! I have never in all my years of storage, seen such a jump. Public storage at least had the decency for a slow increase after being there for 7 months. Sadly I will be looking for another place to store my things and you should too!

The staff at US storage reached out to me promptly and did all the heavy lifting with getting a price negotiation. There will be an increase but it is much more reasonable. I appreciate their attentiveness and willingness to hear my concern.”

“Wow, what an upgrade from Public Storage! This place is clean and everything works! I went to see my unit on my own. It was very easy to just pop it open check it out. The lightbulb worked everything was in great repair. There was a dolly cart on each end of the building. I walked into the office to introduce myself to the property manager. I was amazed it smelled and looked like the maid service just left. The property manager is sweet, kind and honest. We talked about why I was getting a storage unit and that I was moving over from public storage It’s like night and day between the two companies! Idgaf about their move in for a dollar for the 1st month. Those guys jacked up my rent by $150 the third month in. They had some homeless people hanging out in a car inside of their storage place and they body blocked me into my unit while I was by myself. I will never again use public storage. This place is nice! No homeless people living in the units.”
“I did rent a Storage unit in, 6001 W. Mississippi Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226. These units are very, very clean and well maintained by staff. Also, I had few questions about the units, the billing, and about the Customer Service. A customer service representative from the property by the name, Alex went extra mile to go above and beyond. Alex, answer to all my questions like a pro, showed me around the property and make sure that I understood everything before I sign the contract.

“I purchased a mini storage unit building and built it myself. Everything went smother than I expected, all materials were present and extras of everything where shipped, even organized very well. Everything was cut accurately and designed to be easily assembled. Detailed plans and drawings were easy to understand. Regency definitely has a quality building and stick to a schedule. Ryan was able to answer all my questions quickly and walk me through the ordering process. I have never built a steel building and didn't have to ask any questions throughout the construction process which speaks to drawings supplied and materials used. “We had the most pleasant experience. Great group of guys. We had a long distance move from Montana to Colorado. We were able to do a direct move. They loaded us in one day (we had boxes packed ourselves) they wrapped our furniture and other items. Drove us the next day and unloaded us the 3rd day. Great experience, will hire them directly the next move.”
