“Went to the ups store, #upskencaryl, to drop off an Amazon return. It was a very small item (too small to fit the return label address). I was told it was Amazon's policy NOT to pay for an envelope or container. The manager kindly explained the issue. It was Amazon's policy, not UPS's.
Although I was not happy with the policy, the manager was kind throughout my encounter.”
“Nightmare of a package, FedEx 1-800 agent stated my shipment was damaged to contact the seller. Next day my shipping stated it would be delivered to my requested location. I called to see when FedEx would be dropping off at location; Aaron answered and provided me with the right information compared to those idiots at the call center. Aaron assured he would be on the look out for this important shipment and would call me once he saw it. 40 minutes later I get a call from Aaron. At the store Aaron was a one man team, handled another customer while acknowledging me. Outstanding customer service by Aaron, you don’t see many employees at store fronts go the extra mile. 🤙🏼”

“I experienced a couple of issues involving shipments and damage claims, and Justin, the owner, handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. I had never gone through a damage claim process before, but he guided me every step of the way and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to navigate.
This is a thoughtful business that provides a rare level of customer service. The team clearly works hard, and it’s important to remember that once packages are in the hands of carriers like UPS or FedEx, there are many moving parts outside of the store’s direct control. “Every few years I go to a Fedex Office to print hard copies of my resume. This location in particular is the fastest, and most hands on of any one I have ever visited. Kayla was remarkable, I figured I'd be here for 45 minutes messing with the photo copier and printer but she handled all of it in 3 minutes and was very friendly.”
“Tivoli (her name) works here and is the reason we got our Expedited passports in time. She was so helpful, we didn’t realize our children’s passport’s expired. I could get a morning appointment within 2 days, it’s a small but easy to find USPS off E470, she made photocopies for us, passport photos can be taken here, made a money order for us (these services were priced as reasonable as getting them anywhere else and saved us a return trip when kids were pulled from school and parents from work). Tivoli had the proper form available and helped ensure we filled it out properly.
Even with her personal attention we done in 30 min (time allotted appointment). We are grateful for her customer service and will return here to renew our adult passports when due (children passport 5 years, adult passport 10 years).”

“Excellent service! I had to ship large nostalgic items (area rug/ chairs/ fragile lamps/ mirror) before catching a flight home. Travis helped me unload my car, walked me through the insurance policies, and shared how each would be wrapped. Because I held up the line, an off-duty employee stepped in to alleviate the customers who were waiting.
FYI - They aren't an Amazon return drop-off, and duh, you need a physical ID to pick up a package.”

“I always love coming to this post office. My post office closes at 4:30 so it’s easy zip over to make it there by the 5 o’clock closing time. The clerk at the counter is always accommodating when it comes to scanning my QR codes and sometimes I have a lot. I happen to notice the comment below saying there is no one at the counter after 3:30. I am pretty sure there’s only one clerk working there at a time and sometimes is working in the back as well as trying to cover the front counter.There is a cowbell that sits right up at the front, just ring and they come right up. These guys are great just don’t forget to ring the bell if you go in and no one’s upfront!”
