“I miss having a person I can relate to. I live very rural and Ferrellgas closed down our local supply store. I mean it is still there but there is no one to physically man it. I now deal with people i have never met over the phone in a city 150 miles away. I cannot take my small cylinders to get refilled or certified anymore. I can still get gas delivered to my house so that is something but I miss the personal touch of a local representative. She used to send flowers with our fill up when it was either my wife or I's birthday. I could call and my local person knew who I was and my particular needs. It is too sad.”
