“We needed at-home service for our 2003 Honda Metro Scooter that has been sitting in our garage for 3 years. Lotus Mobile and Trevor did an awesome job. He was very responsive via text and offered flexible appointment times and reasonable prices. He kept me updated via text on his arrival time and job status. He did an assessment of the scooter and then replaced the battery, gas and cleaned up the carburetor and put air in the tires. He was very clean and efficient. He also gave recommendations for how to keep the scooter in good working condition. Highly recommend.”

“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I heard great things about American Auto Hail Repair through family friends, so I figured I would make the drive to check it out. I was not disappointed! Zach helped me get the insurance claim figured out, and took the initiative to get in contact with the adjuster so I didn’t have to. He also got my rental car all set up to save me the hassle. He was in constant contact with me to give me general updates and timeframes, and I really appreciated the transparency. With living so far, Zach worked with me in picking up and dropping off on the weekends and was super flexible.
