“Fairly typical dealer experience. Be a good advocate for yourself if you’re trading in a car and don’t be afraid to walk away. I didn’t like that the sales people have no knowledge of dealer warranties but our Sales guy, Trevin, was as helpful as he could be. It is seemingly their policy to force you into talking to their lending specialists to learn about add ons and warranty’s.
When asked they did have someone call me and run the information about what available warranty options there were.”

“My partner took his car here because it was overheating every time he drove it. The shop charged him to look at it and told him they left the car running for over an hour and couldn’t replicate the problem. Left the shop and within 5-10 minutes the car started overheating. We popped the hood and was immediately able to see 2 problems. 1st a huge bird stuck in the front of the radiator like a dove. 2nd was a small crack in the top of the radiator. The most recent visit he got a new timing belt, now the car is gushing oil, and didn’t even have a drop of an oil leak before…Spoke with Jeremy he looked at it and turns out it was leaking coolant from the water pump that was just installed. They took it back apart and fixed it. Also said that the technician that serviced the car when we found the bird no longer works there. Glad he reached out and cares about his shop and customers”

“Few glitches . However. After another day passed awaiting for all the diagnosis mentioned and handsomely paid for.
They corrected and repaired or replaced items that created the electrical problems. ( no.lights no turn signals, and no brake lights or 4 way emergency lights) This is my daughter's car she had in high school. She died from domestic violence at age 23. I will continue to.keep.car and hopefully bring it back to life so.I can enjoy car and the memories I have had of her while in high school.in Loveland,Co.”

“2001 Porsche Turbo owned 11 years with 75k miles needed work for general maintenance, suspension rebuild to stock, cooling system refresh, secondary air injection fixed, new tires, new battery, tranny mount replaced, clutch slave replaced, transfer case oil service, new front axel boots and wheel bearings. Jake was great in communication and his ability in getting hard to find suspension components, everything done to my expectations. My Porsche is much happier as I am also. Highly recommend for Porsche work.”
