“We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle through Fisher Honda. Our salesperson DJ initially helped us purchase a used Acura MDX. The transaction went trough smoothly, but we later decided that a different car would be better suited to our family's needs. “I LOVE these guys!!!! I have tricky windshield wipers and they put them in for me. Today, I had a bad headlight and bought a new one and Daniel put it in for me and patiently taught me how to do it myself!!! Also, a couple years ago, I'd asked my mechanic to put in the brightest bulbs possible. Yes, the Sylvania bulb Daniel picked out for me is a LOT brighter. You can REALLY trust these guys to steer you to the right product. They are warm, eager to help, and know their stuff! As a woman who doesn't know much about cars, they are a TRUE Godsend!”

“A local shop did a major service on our Subaru Outback. When we started it up the next morning, it sounded and felt like a Harley Davidson. That’s good for a Harley, but not for a Subaru. The check engine, cruise control and brake warning lights were flashing. Not good. Brand new spark plug had a crack in it. The local shop replaced the spark plug, but the brake warning light wouldn’t turn off. Code indicated that the emergency brake was the problem but they couldn’t fix it. They suggested that we take it to the Subaru dealer - Flatirons Subaru. They were booked out a few weeks, but said we could drop it off for the day and they would try to fit us into the cue. Our check-in with Todd was great. The Subaru technician found a broken emergency brake shoe, ordered and replaced the parts, and were back on the road. After several years of letting a local mechanic work on our car, Flatirons Subaru will be our “go to” service provider in the future.”
