The store is a great place to stop if you need to buy a small and unique gift and get it in the mail - quick! - or if you need any routine postal services. Besides every kind of mailing supply you can imagine, they've got a wide range of charming gifts. I've been self employed for 25+ years, and it's hard to find a shipping and business support center that is this well run.”

“I'm giving this 5-stars, with some caveats. The convenience, hours, location, and especially the customer service was spot on. Can't say enough how great and professional the service was. However, charging $16 for USPS 2-day priority mail while the USPS office charges $9.65 is a serious profit mark-up. Granted, it was convenient, but if you have multiple 2-day priority mailings you might instead want to just plan ahead of time and go to the US Post Office and save the 40% mark-up fee.”

Amazon coordinated a pickup time for a large item that I wasn’t able to accommodate and here I am with a large/heavy object to schlep to ups (with a bum knee no less).
I called ahead as the box the item came in was a bit damaged and needed some doctoring before it went out. Robbie answered the phone with a smile in his voice and confirmed not only was he happy to help me get the item into their store he’d also help re-box the item.
Upon arrival I went in and asked for Robbie and he was quick to help me unload my car of not only the item but also the oversized box. He had remembered my call earlier today and did everything he could to ensure my dream of getting the package boxed/shipped came true.
By the time I moved my car and walked back in the item was boxed up and pretty much ready to go & I was offered a receipt.
Huge huge thanks to Robbie who showed exemplary customer service and care. Couldn’t recommend this UPS location more.”

“Our small business has been looking for a post office for a long time that offers all our shipping companies. We no longer have to drive through the whole city to drop off all our packages, which saves us a lot of time. We can drive directly to the entrance by car, which makes loading and unloading packages much easier. We don't have to wait long to be served, the office is very tidy and well organized. The staff is friendly and helpful. We are very glad that we found this post office.”

“I give five stars because theres this tall gentleman that is so kind and beyond professional. Not sure if he is manager but he has the most elite manager vibes. There was a young college dude working when i got there unfortunately. Some of the worst customer service lol. Like wickedly bad. Didn’t care at all. Hope you get to read this man. Be better. Be like that really kind tall guy in regards to customer service. Amazon wouldnt send me a pdf for a third party return. He told me he couldnt help me and to figure it out with amazon. I also needed to recover tracking numbers for returns to which he said was impossible. He shut down everything. Well the tall dude overheard and literally printed me out the non pdf label and got me the tracking numbers because i knew i should ask him”
“Best customer service ever!!!I needed a document printed same day for an event early the next morning and Mary was very accommodating and understanding despite me coming in at 7pmI originally placed my order at Office Depot down the street but I didn't realize they closed at 6pm until I pulled up. 6pm isn't even late enough for some people to get home from work...frustrating.Staples is now my go-to! I could just get my own printer but then I miss out on all the fun "how tf am I going to print this" panic I experience 3-4x per yearJust wanted to share how appreciative I am of Mary's kindness! This last time I couldn’t get a shipping label to load for printing, and he was able to get it printed up with a screenshot that I emailed him. “Fast, helpful service! Zack did a great job offering fast, helpful service. I had to ship some tent poles. There was a problem with my original container where it opened up too far. Zack got it back to the normal size for me. Then, he measured my container and was able to offer a box at those dimensions which saved me on shipping. I will be shipping my items from here again.
