“I've been a customer of Smooth ride now for a few years ever since moving into Northglenn. I was a customer of another mechanic shop with no complaints other then driving distance which was around 40 mins away on a good day and a bit pricey. Finding a reliable, inexpensive and trustworthy mechanic is a task but found Smooth ride on line and gave them a shot. Not only are they walking distance from my house but there incredibly inexpensive, detailed, and genuinely good people and mechanics. Phil is very professional and friendly and from my experience honest. They work with my aftermarket car warranty and have yet to give me anything to complain about. Of course you need an appointment as you should but its never too crazy of a wait and so far the work I have had done is always done in a day. I had a fuel pump issue in my 97 silverado, cv axel on my 2011 tuarus and there was never a upsell from Phil is was what it was. On the tuarus he did recommended that we do a break flush because of age and color of fluid, and maybe a transmission flush as well since he was doing the cv axel but didn't push. I went with the fluid changes because we did buy it used and there were no records from the previous owner of them being done. Phil obliged and got everything done in a day. Overall I would recommend and have recommend Smooth Ride to anyone looking for a great fair priced mechanic and have gotten good feedback from the individuals who have used them. Great job guys and thank you!”

I had taken my late model car to Meineke for an inspection to make sure it was safe for my teenager to drive, and they showed me convincing videos the auto tech took during the inspection of hundreds or thousands of dollars of 'repairs' that needed to be done. I took my car to American Auto for a second opinion, and they found nothing wrong with my car, saving me a lot of money! They didn't even charge me for the inspection! “I recently had my throttle body cleaned and an engine mount replaced for about $1,200. (cry cry) So expensive. But likely much cheaper than the dealership. I also asked if they had any discounts and was given a $100 discount because they had a flyer going around. They are also one of the only companies that will apply the initial diagnostic towards the cost of service in the area. This is why I chose them in the first place. That and the guys at Jiffy Lube suggested I go there.
Overall it took about 5-6 business days from my dropping off my car for an initial inspection to getting it back. They had to order parts. They picked up every single time I called to check on an update or when I had a question and were very helpful and transparent. I took one of their free pens and two sodas to ease the pain of the cost and felt a little better.”

“Great crew at this Big O Tires location. Stopped in today needing my AC recharged. After stopping at Grease Monkey (who can’t no longer do this service) Patrick at Big O was able to get the job done in about 30 minutes.
I’m recovering from surgery and needed to have this service done especially on a 100° day with no AC. Normally you need an appointment but he and his tech were able to accommodate me no questions asked. Just kind folks who want to do a good job at a fair price. Would highly recommend this crew who has good old fashioned customer service top of mind.”

“I am beyond impressed with Ram Transmissions. Admittedly, I was not the easiest customer to deal with. I came in for an evaluation on my Ram 2500, as the transmission was starting to give me trouble. Since I rely on my truck for work, I was in a time crunch. To make matters worse, I had issues with my credit card and had to request a rushed replacement. Unfortunately, the bank couldn’t provide me with any interim details to share with the shop. Throughout this stressful situation, Joe remained incredibly patient and professional. He went above and beyond to assist me, despite the challenges.
