“Absolutely the BEST automotive shop we've ever been too. Our tire flew off our vehicle on our way home from Denver to Montana with our 3 kids in our car. Not only were we scared we were also stranded in an unfamiliar area. Christine answered the phone and helped assist us with getting our vehicle to their shop. She had me take pictures of the car and had everything ordered before we even got there. She's even offered to give us a ride to the hotel if they werent able to get it done before they closed. After 3 hrs of waiting for our insurance to send a tow truck we didnt get to their shop till a little after 4. The owner "Malcom" and his tech "Robert" had everything pulled apart as soon as it touched the ground and stayed after their closing time to get it done. Not only did they start working on it right away they had it completed within an hr and we were ready to go. I had called 3 automotive places and they didn't even give me the time or day when I called. I wish we had an automotive place that cared this much in our town. Not only did they go out of their way they didn't charge us an arm and a leg for doing all of this work. A big shout out to Christine, Malcom, and Robert for being a God Send.”

“On December 1 I took my car for an oil change at 88th Washington location. Last night I got a warning that I had low oil. I myself put 2 quarts in to get home safely. I stoped at the one on 88th to have them look at it/fix. They looked at the dipstick and said it was a gasket. Never looking under my car. This morning I stop here to get a second look because we were able to see the leak was from the filter area of the car. They were so nice and extra helpful. To find out no it was gasket and the filter was on right. Thank you for fix a problem you didn’t do. I will bring my car back here again because they went the extra mile to help out.”

I also had them give everything a look and provide feedback on maintenance needs, since I have 197,000 miles on it.After all repairs were done, the Pilot runs like new! “I’ve been going to grease monkey for a while now , a few times now at least for oil changes and for some other things and never disappointed! A couple weeks ago i was running late for work and the night before I couldn’t find a working air pump so I took a chance and stopped by our new G M on 120th I asked if they can please help fill my tires and they did it with a smile ? even showing concern for how low my front one was.Today I got my routine oil change, they helped me out with a headlight (I had been asking my dad for months) so it’s nice they were able to do it so fast and easy for me, after leaving I went across the street to King soopers and ace hardware and my car completely shut down at ace of course I panicked and called right away and asked about it and thankfully the gentleman was able to drive across the street and help me out he explained I had a little corrosion on my battery and while changing the light they might’ve knocked some around I asked if I would have to replace and he said soon but to let it charge up a little by keeping it on so I did and had no other problems all day/ night I’m truly blown away by the respect and customer service I have received. Thank you guys so much!! YOU’RE ALL AWESOME , 2 different crews, two different experiences , two different times, all around amazing vibes! You know how to pick them GREASE MONKEY ??”
