“I can't rate the rooms as I did not stay there but rather attended a conference at the motel. The conference area is great, lots of space and a large number of meeting rooms of varying size. Easy to access from the north side with lots of parking very close. A very nice facility for holding a conference, even a big one. The staff did a super job in everything they did. If you need a place to have a conference or meeting, this is it.”

“All I can say is WHAT! This hotel was absolutely amazing from the first few days we were here—we were struck on how good it was. From the moment we walked in, it felt welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are spacious, beautifully maintained, and able to fit a lot of people, making it perfect for families or groups. The swimming pool was fantastic—clean, fun, and perfect for relaxing or playing. Breakfast quickly became our favorite part of the day with so many delicious options, from hot meals to fresh pastries, fruits, and drinks. The staff were friendly, kind, and always willing to chat, which made every interaction enjoyable. Even if we had to travel far, we would happily return. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable stay! If I could, I would give this hotel more than five stars!”

“My partner and I have been living here for about three months now. We’re extremely happy with the property for many reasons. The location, views and quality of the units are fantastic. The leasing staff was extremely communicative and accommodating to our needs. Shout out to Olivia for the amazing service. We had a very small maintenance issue and within hours the maintenance guy Trevor was here to fix it. The entire time he was extremely professional and friendly. This is a company that does care about its tenants and experience they have. Great team.”

“For being exactly what it is, it does its job well. You want a room and you want it cheap and clean? this is your spot. The outside noise travels very well so maybe being headphones. Theres many cameras to ward off any nefarious activities. Right down the street from a quality mj dispo, and convenient location. Get your booty there early though they sell out of room fast even on a random thursday. staff was great and super helpful!”

“My understanding is that Gravity Haus took over this property this year, and the hotel was previously under different management. It seems to be going well, as we had a great experience with a 1-night stay over this last weekend. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the decor was beautiful. Though we did not utilize the restaurant this time around, I have previously dined at Wildflower, and it was amazing. That said, we did walk to a few different spots in the neighborhood, and there is great access to coffee, bars, and restaurants nearby. There was plenty of parking, and it was a good option for a girl' staycation in the heart of the highlands.”

The man at the front desk helped me. The valet carried my heaviest bag. I can't say enough about this hotel and the people who work there.”

Everyone was amazing but Ines in the breakfast area was above and beyond. She treats you lee a guest in her resteraunt and the place is spotless. “The sheets are uncomfortable. The room was fairly clean. Weird things like hair embedded in the shower head. Really not sure I want to know how that happened.The highlight really has been Steward. He's super friendly and kind. I moved 1500 miles and don't know many people. He talks to you like an old friend. He has all the info and is a serious asset to you. He's made all the difference.”

The heat was nice, has a safe, a walk in shower, a massage head, handle bars, water heated fast, pillows was good, bed was comfortable and it actually had a comforter on it. We'll be back.”

“Great location and breakfast, but watch out for the hidden extra fees The location of this property is excellent—it is super close to a lot of great restaurants like Chili's, In-N-Out Burger, and Raising Cane's, which makes grabbing a bite very easy. The housekeeping team does a wonderful job keeping everything clean, and the breakfast they serve every morning is fresh and good. However, there are a few major downsides regarding the amenities and extra costs. They advertise a 'full kitchen,' but it's really just a basic setup with nothing but a skillet cooktop to cook on. Don't expect a fully stocked kitchen. Also, the extra fees add up fast. Parking is expensive and really should be free for staying guests. The guest laundry is also overpriced at $6 a load—it should easily be half that price ($3). Great spot for convenience and cleanliness, but they definitely nickel-and-dime you on the extras The Wi-Fi here is incredibly frustrating. At first, I thought there was something wrong with my phone, but after switching to a different hotel, my phone worked perfectly. The issue is definitely this hotel's poor internet connection. If you need reliable Wi-Fi for work or streaming, look elsewhere.”

“My son and I stayed here for a slightly extended period of time and we could not have had a better experience. 5 stars! First impressions: the place is clean! The rooms are decently spacious. The kitchenette is convenient as it has all the dishes and everything you need, and even has a dishwasher along with full size refrigerator. The location of the hotel itself is perfect, as it’s 15 minutes away from downtown and 20 minutes from boulder. It’s right off the highway, AND right next to the bus stop that runs every 15 minutes from Denver Union Station to Downtown Boulder. The Stay: Shoutout to Chris(the manager) and Felix at the front desk who are both friendly and extremely helpful with anything and everything that you may need assistance with! Also, shoutout to Michelle and Christine who make a delicious hot breakfast everyday. They are amazing, and actually serve very good food with a smile of course. If they happen to be out of anything by the time you get down there, they will 100% make sure you get taken care of and will even give you a tray to carry the food back to your room if you would like. Breakfast at hotels can be extremely hit or miss. So kudos to them for making this one of the places that hits!! A different review that I read before staying here said that the A/C can be very loud at night. It does run a tiny bit noisy, but not anything more than you would experience with a fan running at night. Which I do appreciate. Also, we did have one experience where our A/C was not blowing as cold of air as it could have been however, I spoke to the front desk and they had maintenance up to look at it and fix it right away. Like that afternoon. They also offered to move me rooms if I wanted to. So overall, I think this hotel is great and the staff is nothing but helpful. Whether you are coming with your family, for a work trip, or literally anything in between this is the spot to be!”
