“I wanted a key pendent for my wife. I had a rough idea of the size and shape. I then found Kortz Originals and decided to reach out after reading the many great reviews. I contacted 4 jewelers to create a custom pendent. All declined to take on my project. Being in touch with Mr. Kortz, my rough idea was quickly turned into a 3D piece of art that I was able to ask for adjustments in order to make the perfect gift for my wife. During the adjustments, I had several questions and Mr. Kortz gave me more than enough information to help me fully understand the process, the materials involved and the value I’m receiving vs the final price. To say the very least the Key is spectacular. Much more WOW than I expected once I seen it in person. The entire process was convenient, easy, transparent and straight forward which I can/do greatly appreciate. After the Key was completed I was convinced that I would never go to another jeweler. I completely trust Mr. Kortz professionalism, his eye for detail and the quality of his work and materials. At my request Mr. Kortz provided me several options on diamond earrings I wanted to gift my wife \u0026 daughter. Again, convenient, flawless, timely and most importantly, within my budget. Steven was fast, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable; he gave us details about the ring and suggested future tuneups without pressure. He also came up with a possible wedding band design on the spot that would match my somewhat unique ring. My fiancé and I would love to use him again for our ring needs!”
