“Daniel Torrez Jewelry offers a great combination of quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service. The staff was professional, helpful, and took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure. The jewelry selection is beautiful, and the attention to detail really stands out. A wonderful experience from start to finish, and I would gladly recommend this store to anyone looking for fine jewelry.”
“Marcos went above and beyond to get myself and my wife into a decent financing option. In a store full of people frowning and slow, it was good to see Marcos and his charisma with a big smile on his face. Guys got a bright future!”
“Today I had the pleasant experience of stopping by the Kay Jewelers at Orcard Town Center and was helped by Christine who although I was only planning on spending a couple of hundred dollars, treated me like I was spending thousands. I had some ideas when I arrived, but was shown things that made my mind up for me. Plus, I liked what I was shown so much that I spent several hundred dollars, instead of the two or three hundred I had planned on. I'm very pleased with what I bought and with the expert advice I given while shopping. Thank you Christine!”

“We’ve been longtime ShaneCo customers, and they continue to take care of us. We value the customer service and the ability to take care of our various pieces over the years. Special shoutout to Connor at the Westminster location, who helped us with a ring repair and upgrading an older band to something more robust!”
