As we walk in, Tyler greeted us with a smile and asked if he could help us. My wife and I told him exactly what we were looking for and he showed us three different mattresses that fit our needs. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and one of the best customer service we had ever had. It took us a minute to decide, but we found our mattress! They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”
