“Wonderful experience - Lucas is fantastic! I went in suffering from hip pain from a too-hard mattress. I ended up deciding that I liked a mattress that turned out to be too soft. I went back the following week, and Lucas remembered my name and spent a bunch of time with me to make sure I got the right mattress, and got me a great deal on it. He was genuinely kind and helpful throughout the process. Definitely recommend!”

They kept us informed throughout the purchase process and didn’t try to upsell or convince us to purchase something we didn’t want/need.Installation teams were prompt and efficient. Our household is not easy to get into, with steep steps on the front patio and narrow pathways throughout the home. The teams managed to remove the old appliances, and install the new ones, with little issue. Much different experience than what I received from another companies delivery team, that refused to bring in a refrigerator through a narrow doorway, and then left it on the front patio and drove away.Overall I am very satisfied with my experience.”

“My wife and I have been a member of NCM for over 13 years now and have purchased a couch, dining room set, bedroom set, washer and dryer, windows and sewer ejector pit for a basement remodel, Hunter blinds and a few other things. I have saved well over 4k. It is a steep entry fee and the initial sale process is not pleasant, but my wife and I were just starting out and knew we would need a lot of furniture and appliances over the next decade so it made sense for us. In one case American furniture was offering 50% off on the exact couch we looked at from NCM and that was the only time we didn't go through NCM as the prices were the same but goes to show what the retail markup is on furniture. It definitely takes time to recover the costs and if you are not looking long term it def is not worth it. Went in again a few weeks ago and ordered some custom Hunter Douglas blinds. It took a little time to get the order correct and submitted, but in the end I received them exactly as expected and easily saved me 500$ from what I was quoted at 2 other window treatment dealers. Again, you can't expect to get your money back by buying a vacuum or a base model TV. Furniture is the real savings as well as high end household finishes. Really wish others could look past the reviews about the membership process that are almost all identical to any up front membership program screaming scam. Try and get out a gym contract sometime when you realize that you aren't using it anymore. 4 stars since they are not always as accessible as they could be.”

“Thomas the manager really impressed me - I am a customer service consultant and I loved how in literally 23 minutes he exceeded all of my needs answered my questions with honesty and I didn’t even need to step one foot out my home. He also trains his people well the lady that picked up didn’t know the answer to my question but was warm and handed the phone to her manager right away explaining so I didn’t have to repeat myself and didn’t waste my time. Wow 🤩”
