“Spent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”
“The employees here are splendid they are very nice and help you with any issues you may have John the manager was super helpful with our used washing machine purchase. Great people and very helpful with any issues that you could have. 10/10 will return with any laundry or other appliance issues the people behind the counter are knowledgeable and helpful.”

“Above and beyond customer service from Dakota and Kathy. I'd received a notice that my items had been delivered. They may have been delivered elsewhere, because they weren't at my house. Dakota answered when I called Parker, CO Home Depot. She showed genuine kindness and concern, and was eager to come to a resolution. Since she couldn't identify exactly were the items had been delivered, I was told we'd receive a new delivery of the same items, and that Kathy, a sales associate would be dropping them off because it was "on the way home." Seriously impressed!”

“Bought a brand new dishwasher on Saturday it arrived wed and was installed same day …..it ran fine for 2 days then just stuck with an error code fantastic. Manager reached out to help rectify the issue which I appreciate. OTHER than that our sales guy was great wouldn’t have an issue shopping here again.”
