“My icemaker stopped working, so I gave these guys a call. Jake was super helpful, friendly, and made sure to verify my method of discovering the part number that I provided him with. They transferred the part from their Thornton location and I had a working ice maker the next day. I did check Amazon and their price is the same as some of the lower priced items. I spent $86 with them the most expensive one on Amazon was 140 and the lowest was around 80. Anytime I can support local and not shop on Amazon I will. I did call a repair guy first and his soonest appointment was two weeks out because of the holidays and his trip charge is generally at least $100 just to show up. That’s before parts and labor. I will definitely be using these guys again if I have any appliance issues.”

“Spent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”
