“I've worked with Josh Abramczyk on several client projects and can't imagine shopping anywhere else. This time was for my own kitchen renovation and Josh did not disappoint. He answered every question my husband and I had, and he was available to help and answer questions all the way through installation and after. The installation was seamless. The installation crew: Mark Rubio, Ethan and Sebastian were extremely knowledgeable, professional and just fun to be around. Terri, in scheduling, went above and beyond to help get our kitchen get installed. She checked in daily to update me on cancellations and i will forever be grateful for her kindness and patience! You could tell the entire team from sales, operations, and installation are professionals that care about the level of service which can be tough to find. I can't recommend them enough..”

“I visited this location a little over a week ago, but had to leave a review for the fantastic customer service and experience I had. Needing a tool to complete a job I went to the rental department and was immediately greeted by Cici. She was extremely helpful and even took the time to call multiple locations to try and track down the tool I needed. After dealing with a rude associate from another store over the phone Cici was able to confirm where to get the tool and even how to place it on hold as there is was only one location locally that had the tool. After the great service there I continued shopping and came upon Cynthia in the appliances department. She was such a happy and joyous soul. Although we barely talked about appliance she shared a life story and even showed compassion in regards to what I had going on in life at the time. Our conversation definitely made my day and hope it did the same for her. Although I ended up not being able to get the tool I needed at the time, my visit was one to remember due to these two young ladies. Thank you so much for the time and excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location for my future business!”

“I am building a new toy box for my dog. My first and only stop was Home Dept. Everyone was so friendly and helpful to both my pup and I. Lincoln was kind enough to go the extra mile for me and pull down some new wood.”

“This is our neighborhood store, and it's been fine, normally depending on who I can find and how knowledgeable in area of my question they happen to be. Recently we had to replace our washing machine, and after researching online and calling a 'discount appliance stores', which ended up being more expensive than Home Depot's sale price, we just visited our neighborhood store. They were professional and knowledgeable. The washer was delivered 4 days later, and they removed the old and installed the new in 15 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience.”
