“Went in to get a kit for my dryer per request of my handyman. Was not entirely sure what I was looking for. Jake Heronema helped me out and showed me where on my dryer to look to determine the part I was needing. Called him once I got the code and he was able to find what I needed. He took the extra step and had it ready for me when I came back later that day.”

“Mike Hall was great. He didn't oversell ny product and answered our specific questions specifically. When we found one we wanted, he found a model that was upscale for the same price due to the holiday sale.”

“Spent quite a lot of time in store, picking out flower bushes, garden soil, small cedar fencing & searching for shower filters. Employees were very helpful but did not always send me to correct aisle. Checked out & was charged 2x for one peony and he missed the snowball bush, so now have to go back soon. I always go back.”

“My family and I purchased a huge toolbox while my husband was on a business trip as a surprise for his birthday. The staff were extremely helpful, patient and supportive. The four members that helped us were Jade, Peyton, Deandre and Natalie. Unfortunately, the survey only gives you two weeks to put in a review and I apologize to all four of them for failing to do the survey in time. They are all excellent employees and we truly appreciate them helping us out. The store was closing and the system kept going down but they continued to help us with patience and kindness. Thank you all so much!”
