Because of the impact of the excessive workload given the customer volume. Pharmacy staff do what they can, but they get tired. Many of my wife's meds take a day or two to come in from their distribution center. Wait times/lines for pickup can get excessive. Their customer facing technology leaves something to be desired.

I want to send out a big thank you to Mckenzie in the pharmacy for being so polite and taking the time to answer my questions. I have had horrible experience the last 3 times.
