“These people are amazing. I used to order cakes from Kroger and, after two very disappointing cakes (writing was completely illegible on both ), I decided to go to Safeway. I'm going there every time I need a cake for any occasion. Not only do they do an amazing job but they get excited about getting creative, not just using the typical molds that they sell in the book. Also, this morning I was trying to find two advent calendars before I had to drive to work and the ladies in the self check-out were so friendly and helpful and all of that at 6:45am. I highly recommend this store and will be shopping there much more often!!”

“Went to check out the arts and crafts section. Saw Christmas clearance and had to see what they had. Ran into a cool shave ice store inside - Hokulia. Stopped by for a shave ice. It was good. I will need to remember this for next time I'm craving a shave ice. The Christmas clearance was condensed but I found some cards and stockings for next year. Bought acrylic paint and paintbrushes for my project. Self checkout. The associate there was cleaning the registers and wished us a happy new year which was nice.”
“Whoa, a gas station with a McDonalds inside, so you can fill up the car and yourselves. That means a nice bathroom too! Jenny must have been a well seasoned traveller to know what families need when they have miles to go before they sleep.”
“Great clean store. Giving four stars because target used to be one of the cheapest places to get groceries, especially if you used the cartwheel app (I know they changed the name of the app. I don’t care it will always be cartwheel to me) but now it’s one of the most expensive places to shop.”

“Mike in the seafood department went out of his way to provide excellent customer service even though the meat department was closed, everything put away, and he was busy cleaning. Typically employees behind the counter stare at you while you wait when there isn’t even anyone ahead of you, and rarely greet you or tell you they’ll be with you soon. I’ve even been told by management they won’t make exceptions before or after hours even if it’s a few minutes early. I wish customer service was as much of a priority as it is to Mike. That’s what keeps customers happy and coming back.”
“Just wanted to make sure the store manager knows Patricia the team lead for the grocery pick up went above and beyond to help. Yesterday we went to pick up our groceries, we ordered the night before. She held the order until we were able to pick up yesterday around 4 pm. This location is a bit far for us, but based on the customer service we received, decided to make this our store.Customer service and manners appear to be overlooked in our fast pace society. Thank God there are people like Patricia, to prove that regardless of technological advances, no AI/ Chat bot, etc will ever be able to learn or create human interactions. Thank you, Patricia,!! “Haven't been to this location before but it was on the way so we stopped to pick up a couple of ingredients for dinner. The store is large and clean. Because every location has a slightly different layout I had to consult the directory for certain items. But it was nice to shop with fully stocked shelves. At least they had all the items I needed and the shelves I walked by seemed full. We could have stood in line for check out since they weren't busy but he prefers not to engage in conversation with the cashiers so we went with self checkout. The one we picked had a conveyor belt - like the ones in neighborhood Walmarts. I've not seen them in King Soopers before so it was interesting. However, the sensors need you to place the scanned item onto the conveyor belt or it will not let you scan your next item. Had I known this I would have waited until the previous customer had completed bagging their groceries. Because he picked up the first item I scanned so it wouldn't be mixed in with her purchase and the checkout register wouldn't let me continue scanning items. We finally finished checking out after that learning experience. No issues but didn't need to ask for assistance so can't attest to customer service levels here.”
“The Male and Female that were in the floral department were Rockstars and one of a kind. Need to get a bonus for helping loke they did. First true visit in King Soopers since my father passed away from COVID-19. They made it possible. Don't let them leave you don't want to lose Employee's like them”

“I needed to do some shopping while in the area. While bae went to Costco I walked around the store. There were a few must buy breakfast pastries that we love. As soon as I saw almond pastry, that was automatic. I also found some easy meals I could prepare for dinner. They sell a few pet items as well. But perhaps next time I pick up a. Treat for him. I also perused the alcohol section and found some peach Bellini. Which was a bit too sweet for me. I'm really glad they don't have self checkouts like other supermarkets.All and all a productive shopping experience”
