“Super amazing staff. I asked tons of questions about sourcing animals and husbandry and while they may not be able to provide the best enrichment for animals while they are in the shop waiting to go to homes, they provide really good husbandry per species standards and advocate for all the enrichment set up requirements when you get that animal home. For example, I loved that they keep their hamsters in tanks rather than bar cages, they only sell the social species like ferrets and guinea pigs out in pairs, and even have store pets with large enclosures and enrichment for examples of proper at-home husbandry. They are super friendly and seem to genuinely care about the pets they sell. I personally encourage owner-to-owner pet rehoming/adoption first, but after that I would highly recommend buying a new pet from this shop - especially over a large chain pet store because here you will receive proper care advisement and not be contributing to the inhumane pet mill trade from stores like Petco/Petsmart. I hope they can expand and get a bit more space, it was smaller than I expected, but overall I love that I found this place, that's my honest review.”

“Took our two Saint Bernard’s in here today with my two kiddos. The guy working was so dang friendly! I can not tell you how many times we have walked into somewhere and people almost glare, cause they know our dogs will have a fur-nado going on when we dry them with the self wash! He was so friendly, didn’t even flinch that they were big. We also got a little goodie bag when we left since it was the first time in there. Being in the self wash with two dogs, and all alone made it so so nice! Will absolutely go back here! Thank you again for being so friendly!”

“I have been searching for a local raw food supplier and I came across K9 Ancestoral and have not turned back! The owner Loren is super fast at responding, has a variety of raw food to choose from, my English bull dogs are puppies and currently eat the beef blend that comes individually packed in a big bag ready to thaw. My puppies LOVE IT! I highly recommend you give Loren a call he will take care of you! Amazing service and supporting local even better!”

“I visited with my two young golden retrievers today, and I was nervous about washing them solo. But I had an amazing experience. It made it so comfortable being in our own isolated area. The staff was extremely friendly. And I have Always paid much, much, more at other spaces for self wash. I love that my dogs got to be off leash and be more At ease even when there were other dogs there as well. I also got to take my time! I am so glad that I chose to come by today and I will be back in the future. I have also made multiple recommendations to others already and I hope they will check out your facility as well.”
