“Yesterday the servers for all of the checkout lanes went down, so everything was processing very slowly. My friend and I were at a self-checkout station and had rung all of our stuff, but had difficulties with the card we used and the wait time of the actual station to process our purchase. Neolia (I believed it said on her name tag) was the attendant of all of the self checkout area, and had had to come to us repeatedly to help with both computer and card issues, and was simultaneously working hard to help all of the other customers that were also having more issues than normal because of the server going down. For some reason our computer was taking way longer than all of the other ones to load, (2-3 customers came and left while we were still waiting for it to process our order) and Neolia helped us to check out on her personal attendant computer. Throughout the whole situation, even though working through the servers being down like that would have been very stressful and difficult to deal with, she remained professional and efficient at helping in what she could. My frustration with the whole situation was dimmed by her remaining calm throughout the ordeal and still displaying excellent customer service despite everything.”
“I can't say I love going to Wal-Mart, or the store in general, but besides covid Era Salida Wal-Mart almost always has my list covered plus a few extra things.The garden center was great yesterday. Plants and herbs looking healthy and affordable. Super nice staff too.”

“Redeem Points!! I love Loaf & Jug stores. You can use points on you King Sooper's card for cheaper gasoline, anywhere from 10 cents to a dollar off per gallon. I had to enter my hard info in manually here, as the scanner would not read well.”

“Food looks great. Great prices. Our checker was rude and sarcastic. He was having a fit with the register. He was whiny and pathetic. Perhaps a position for him that doesn't involve interacting with the public. I changed my review to 5 stars due to the owners efficiency in dealing with issues. Thank you.”
