“I was very very impressed! I brought my car in on Monday, and Orlando looked at it and ordered the parts and within two days it was repaired. He got the estimate to me right away and was very professional. Thank you.”
“I dented my front end when parking too close to a tall cement curb. My tire were rubbing and I took it to Gabe and his coworker. He said I was lucky I didn't damage the radiator. He had that car straightened out in no time and it was genius how he did it. The cost was very reasonable and his small son even offered me some bottled water.”
“Our 2016 Honda Accord LX was stolen and had ignition, bumper, window control issues, as well as cleanup after the stealers had apparently drove it around town and smoked cigarettes in it. Gerber picked it up from the tow yard and worked with our insurance to get as much as they can paid for by insurance. They maximized the insurance payout, and delivered a car in excellent condition. I most appreciated that they sent regular emails as the effort progressed, and took care of it all. I mean an email at every juncture, so I was able to deal with it on my end. My participation was minimal because they handled it all. Definitely a 5-star service. Thank you Tina and Tammy, and your team! This is how things SHOULD work. I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass for your car repair issues.”
“My car was hit by a A frame crouched my hood. Took it to Casey and he worked with my insurance company to complete the repairs within a week, that’s including waiting for parts. I would use him again. Every other body shop wanted to charge me over 2000.00 for the same repair Casey did for 1500.00.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”
“We needed a battery and the manager Anthony Polchak was so good and went the extra mile to help us out. It was a bit difficult. He was very patient and professional. Will definitely come back. Great personality”
“I went in for a headlight out. The service was so awesome...and genuine! I was not asked to buy anything else and he even put the new headlight in for me without me even asking. First rate service!!”
“I love this place, and the staff at subway is always so sweet and fun. I do wish I could say the same about the cashiers though. Some of them are nice and find ways to make you smile, but with some I feel uncomfortable when checking out because they just seem grumpy, or maybe they have had a bad day, but regardless of you having a bad day, when you work in customer service, your job is to be kind to your customers and make them feel comfortable and safe as if they were guests in your home. The grandma rule. As a customer service worker myself I understand how stressful it can be, and that there are some customers who are just mean and narcissistic, but when a customer is nice or seems shy like myself, just be kind to them. If you can’t be kind to strangers don’t get a job in customer service. Today I had asked about a meal deal thing I saw on one of the pole covers and was told they didn’t have that, which is no issue but she said something about it being an old song they can’t take down because of the broken door but, it was as a song on the pole. I then got my items and went to checkout and I told her about a free soda deal I have with the rewards app and she said she didn’t know if it was good and o told her it expires tomorrow and I don’t know if I was a little snippy when I did and if I was I apologize, but then when she out the discount in and told me my total she was honestly very rude with the way she said it. I feel like all that needs worked on is how we treat guests when they are just trying to get their stuff and are young and are still figuring out how the adult world works.”
“There's a young man named Vince working in auto care.
He really helped me out with my tire today. Little did he know, I was having a bad start to my day and his kindness really turned my day around and also, my tire is fixed! Thank you!”
“These guys were awesome! We had an emergency with our water pump and they not only sold us one, they walked us through how to install and what to look out for on our camper.”
